Great battery life, fast charging, good noise cancelation. Solid headphones.

I bought these to test their use as a hearing aid. After taking the short hearing test (do this in a QUIET place for best results), I can carry on conversations in a noisy environment without having to say "Huh?" or "Can you repeat that?" I wear them now when driving and I can hear both sides of the conversation even on noisy stretches of roadway. The Active Noise Cancellation works great to knock noise down to a low background level and once you complete the hearing test, the gain function applied will boost frequencies across the human speech bandwidth so that you can hear people around you. They do not interfere with your ability to hear background sounds that could be important like sirens, horns, buzzers, etc. If you have mild or moderate hearing loss these Airpods Pro2 can put you back in the conversation.

Very comfortable in the ear can wear for hours no problem, great battery life and amazing sound.

I bought the original Pros several years back. The Pro 2s, while similar to the originals definitely add several features i was hoping for. Volume control on either headphone really should have been available all along, but someone dropped the ball. Answering and rejecting calls using motion is super clever. Being able to use them as hearing aids is super useful too. To many features to go on about. Adaptive and transparent functions are cool, but i feel like they need to be more refined. Maybe in a future update the sensitivity can be easier to adjust. All in all, i love then, but wait for the occasional sale.

The noise cancellation on these is mind-blowing; it blocks out almost everything, which is perfect for my commute. The new "Adaptive Audio" is great because I don't have to take them out to hear someone talking to me; it just adjusts automatically. I also love the speaker on the charging case; finding it with "Find My" when it slips into the couch cushions is a life-saver.

This was my first purchase from Best Buy since I arrived in the U.S. The item came in perfect condition and the delivery was very fast. I really liked the promotion because I got it at a reduced price. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I’ve always had Samsung buds from having Samsung phones, but these are my first apple airpods and wow are these awesome. The noice canceling is awesome on these things. The adaptive noice canceling is good as well. Spatial Audio works well on these, overall I like these a lot. They sit in the ear a lot better than both the buds I use to have. Had the 1st and 2nd iterations and these AirPod pro2’s have had zero issue with falling out or ear fatigue.

I was actually trying to get different brand of earbuds other than AirPods, because my previous AirPods only had a size small rubber earpiece, & I have small ear holes, when I go to the gym to work out, they always fall out, so I didn’t wanna get AirPods again. However I decided to give these a try only because they finally are offering an XS size rubber earpiece. That was definitely a game changer for me! The XS fit so much better! With the size extra small they never fall out now. So now I’m back to loving my AirPods again.

The best air pods yet! They fit so well with the smaller ear pieces. I have small ears so the previous air pods were too big and hurt my ears. I have not used the hearing aid feature yet I do plan it, that was the reason i purchased these

I never wanted ear buds before because I didn’t want to be sonically isolated from my immediate surroundings. This product absolutely resolves that concern by optionally reacting to ambient sounds and passing them through, reducing the source (music, etc) volume automatically. Now, if someone asks me a question while I’m listening to my phone, I can choose to answer or I can pretend not to hear them - my choice. Seriously, the sound quality of these earbuds is excellent. Using them with noise-canceling engaged provides an excellent listening experience. Great highs, bass and everything in between. As an unexpected bonus, the hearing aid function really helps overcome some mild hearing loss I didn’t even realize I had. I sometimes didn’t quite catch dialogue from the TV, but these buds add the clarity I used to miss. Overall, I am extremely happy with the quality and functionality of these earbuds and I highly recommend them.

Great fit, with several options. Excellent sound and the hearing aid feature is a great addition, the hearing test is almost the same as the result from my audiologist. I use the pass through and adaptive options, helps with my hearing.
