Highly recommend these headphones. Mine have taken a beating so far and work great. Noise cancellation is very good for just in ear buds. Volume use controls are weird and hard to change when running but work fine. Prefer working out in them over Beats.

Honestly, these are my everyday use headphones, they are comfortable, sound great, and travel amazing. Apparently I’m inbetween the medium and large sized plugs so it feels like they might fall out, only reason i gave them a 4 star, but they stay in surprisingly well. Battery life is great, i use them for hours a day and charge them every other day, if even, and the mag safe charging is actually really nice. Id definitely recommend them.

The air buds take some getting used to since the M sized ones are too big, causing them to fall out. Love the noise cancellation and sound quality. Great for flights since they drown out the noise. Much faster than the AirPods 1 in connecting to iPhone and devices.

I purchased these due to having other Apple products, and therefore thought they would be a good fit. However, the lack of a comprehensive user manual from Apple is quite disturbing, and it's becoming more and more difficult to contact Apple support (for some reason). The sound is excellent, the active noise cancellation is all right, but it really is not as good as another brand I own. I find these do not fit my ears well and they cause pain after as short time, regardless of the earpiece size used. Also, the bluetooth transmitter seem to be always 'ON', which is disturbing considering the health warnings about EMF and effects on the brain. When I try to update the firmware, nothing happens - it doesn't update automatically and there doesn't seem to a way to manually initiate and update. I do get the app that shows the firmware version, so I can see it doesn't update. When the airpods are removed from my ears, they don't stop the music or videos, which continue to play unlistened to until the end - pretty bad for looped music playing. On another brand, I could turn off bluetooth and just just the earbuds in noise cancellation mode. I can't see how this can be done with airpods pro - like I said, seems a little dangerous. Of course, Apple could help by issuing a comprehensive user guide, but .... I don't know, seems like this product is too Apple-centric, and therefore cannot recommend their purchase for use with other mfr sources (phones and computers). For now, I set them aside and only use them for listening for periods of less than 10-minutes. I'm pretty disappointed with Apple for their design considerations and user accommodation/help.

I switched from android phone to iphone recently and switched from air buds to airpods pro 2. Easy to use and very nice sound quality and also I love noice cancelation feature. It so nice, I’m happy and I am thinking that why I didn’t switched earlier.

The AirPods sound really nice and clear . The design is white and black. You can change the size accordingly to your ears

I bought these for my son for his birthday and according to him, that’s one of the best gifts he’s gotten ever!! so I am thinking of buying me a pair, but I don’t use them as much as he does so I’m giving you a five star’s Apple’s always the best way to go!!

I love the noise canceling and long battery life 

I love the brand. Sound quality is great and it’s a plus with the find my product figure because they’re so easy to lose. The only downside to this that they fall out my ear very easily because I have small ears and very hard to keep in my ears when I workout and start sweating.

Big improvement over 1st Gen Pros. The noise canceling is on another level and the special audio has been increased. If you’re purchasing decision is based solely on using the stem to control volume I have found that to be inconsistent. But fortunately that isn’t a feature that matters to me. Everything else has been A+

I really like this product, especially because of the 3 sound settings- transparency mode, noise cancellation and regular mode. It fits well as well.
