The sound quality is exceptional, with a rich, balanced audio profile that makes listen to music a joy. The noice cancellation feature is also significantly improved, effectively blocking out background noise even in busy environments. Battery life has also been impressive, lasting longer than previous generation. They offer a fantastic blend of quality, convenience and performance.

Excellent noise cancellation!! My building was doing some fire alarm tests and they sound absolutely horrendous and louder than any other fire alarm I’ve ever heard. I put these on, turned in noise cancellation (which without anything playing still drowned out the noise significantly) and played a tv show on my Apple TV, and boom, I couldn’t hear the alarm at all. The connectivity is amazing with all my apple devices, and the sound quality in my opinion is superior to the beats fit pro.

Superior sound and battery life. Excellent fit in ear snd grest noice cancellation. Not worth getting unless you have sn iPhone or other Apple product. Also charges magnetically with phone and watch.

My iPods are so comfortable with clear sound and couldn’t be easier to use. They seem to always be charged! I just pop them into my ears and the magic happens!!

I've owned my Apple AirPods Pro for 2 years now, & I LOVE THEM! I'm 50 years old but walk around like the younger generation w/ my AirPods in my ears all the time :-) The sound is incredible -- so much so that I prefer to listen through these instead of any phone or speaker (car or TV). People talking on the phone w/ me say they can hear me very clearly even when I'm in a noisy location. I love the reactivity of the stems, making it so easy to turn noise cancellation on/off, pause/restart anything, change volume, and answer/hang up calls. The sound quality and noise cancellation are superb -- I also own a pair of over-the-ears Bose QuietComfort headphones and the newest model Bose QuietComfort Ultra. For comparison, I think the AirPods are on par w/ the QuietComfort in terms of sound quality and noise cancellation, but just VERY slightly less quality (you have to really pay attention and switch back and forth between the two) than the QuietComfort Ultras. However, the AirPods get the nod for size, portability, convenience, faster charging, and slightly better App options/customization (if you own an iPhone). Personalized Spatial Audio is truly amazing (my favorite way to listen to just about anything). **If you haven't used the app to perform an Ear Tip Fit Test, definitely spend the 5 seconds to do so. I thought I had the correct ear tips on, but I changed to a different size for better fit, comfort and sound quality. Lastly, it's really nice to be able to remove the ear tips for cleaning (as opposed to the traditional AirPods). It's going to be hard for Apple to improve upon this 2nd generation model.

I was skeptical but glad I made the purchase the active noise cancelling is a huge improvement from prior models, though I don’t care much for it still good to have it though. Overall I’m very satisfied with these and they fit good for me & have yet to fall out. Love Best Buy’s tech policy so I’m glad I went with my trusted Best Buy!! Battery life on the case seems to drain a bit quicker then previous models, just a side note, but trust me if your even considering them just go for it you won’t regret unless your ears don’t adapt to them but for me they fit great!

I had the first generation AirPods Pro, and I loved them. Now that I have the second generation, everything I loved about the first is even better. The bass has a little more kick, and the mids and highs are a little more clear. I love the speaker on the case, as I have misplaced the AirPods Pro a few times already. Being able to ping the case has been a life saver! The battery life is to be expected, especially while using transparency mode, but definitely a better battery than the first generation.

I bought these for my husbands birthday. He loves them. I also got a pair from my boss not long after this purchase and I love mine too. The noise cancellation is handy and these are the best headphones we’ve owned. These 2nd gen air pods have a little place to attach a lanyard, so that’s a bonus. The battery life is really good too. All around great headphones! Apple definitely makes quality products and honestly, Best Buy is a reliable and trustworthy business to buy from.

I bought this for myself last Christmas after doing tons and tons of research since I always look for reviews on products I want to buy before buying, especially if they are expensive and I have to say that I was honestly a bit scared to buy these do to the bad reviews they had. I have never in my life been able to use headphones that you stick to your ear because they always slip off and they were just never comfortable for me so I would always just use regular headphones so I bought these knowing that I possibly was going to end up returning and to my surprise, I didn’t and so far I absolutely love them and can’t stop raving about them. I mean just the noise cancellation is enough for me! As a frequent flyer I have to say that I am super impressed at how it completely cancels the airplane noise while flying. Like I kid you not , you can’t hear a soul with those headphones and I love it!! In regards to how well they sound, well they sound amazing! The year before I had bought the AirPods 2 and they were great and I liked them but these do not compare at all. I know some people also complain about them slipping off but I haven’t had that issue yet and I consider myself to have tiny ears. Do they hurt your ear? Well yes they do but I would say sometimes. There are sometimes where I can have them in for more than one hour and I’m fine and there are other times where I wear them for 20 min and they hurt my ear so I guess it just depends .

Third pair of Aipods since the first originals launch, the first two still work perfectly after years of owing them and why not they passed on to my parents, bought myself a new pair. I am a full time traveling loan signing agent my daily drive time is 7 hours sometimes more having a product that stays consistent in quality, comfort and reliability is amazing! YES!! I’m a loyal Apple customer, truthfully the hustle is real out here! it’s important to invest in dependable long lasting products . Thanks Apple

So I own several brands of earpods but I only use 2. I have been using these for several months and I find myself always choosing the iPods. I like how they sound and was really surprised that they dont fall out as I assumed they would. They do fall out on occasion when I bend over or upside down to do my hair but not often. They are the more comfortable of my two high end pairs. I am purchasing for other family members.

The sound quality is great. the battery last for what feels like forever. fits comfortably in ear.

Noise canceling is mich better and the on esr volume controls is a hige improvement. Case is also nice with the added speakers

I love my AirPods Pro 2nd generation! The noise cancellation works extremely well. I love that I can lay down with them in my ear and they don’t fall out. My only issue with the AirPods Pro 2nd generation is that I feel like my Beats Studio Buds are louder than they are which is unexpected and unfortunate. I find myself using the Beats Studio Buds more than the AirPods :/ but nonetheless I do love them!!

I love my AirPods. The sound quality is great, and using the sound cancellation or the transparency mode is super convenient. The sound cancellation works really well in very loud places and transparency can let me hear while listening to music at the same time. Definitely worth the money, and in my opinion if debating between the original AirPods or the pros, go with the pros.
