    Phenomenal Wireless Earbuds

These work so seamlessly with my Apple products, it is incredible. They connect very quickly and simply, produce great sound, fit comfortably, and have good battery life. The carrying case they come with is easily the best in the industry and it charges with a lightning connector port! Thank God! No more dealing with micro-USB cables for me. If the regular EarPods fit your ears, these will too. I love these AirPods, they feel like the future has finally arrived. I should also mention that sound quality on phone calls is excellent. Yes, they are expensive, but when you pay for the best, you're not going to be disappointed.

The AirPods in terms of audio quality are identical to Airbuds that ship with every iPhone. Audio is good quality. Highs are crisp, miss have a strong presence but lows are minimal. These are not isolating ear buds so bass response isn't there. This also means at higher volumes your music will bleed out where others can here. The standout difference for these pods is that they are Bluetooth and utilize Apples proprietary W1 chip allowing reception up to 100 feet from your device. Each AirPod is separate and has its own battery. I use one in my ear at work like any other Bluetooth device for phone calls. When I leave the office I pop in the other one and listen to my music in stereo. Really great product. They do not fall out of my ears even with lots of activity.

Love my Apple AirPods. I have at least an hour commute (one way) to work. I've tried all the blue tooth options out there, none of them compare to the sound, clarity and ease of use as the Airpods. When you place them back into their case they automatically charge. When you go to use them, they are ALWAYS 100% charged. So smart!

The earbuds have awesome sound, they link to your phone as soon as you take them out of their case, which by the way is the charging station at the same time. While listening to music the buds will pause the music if you take one of them off of your ear and resume when placed back in the ear canal. Pricey but worth the auto link.

I've been using the Apple Airpods for a week now for both home use and at the gym. Here are my pro's & con's. In the end, love these things! Pros: Apple earpods fit the shape of my ear perfectly (better than earbuds with replaceable tips) so if you're the same way, these will stay in your ear. Everyday I wear these in my motorcycle helmet, workout and do Insanity with these and they never fall out. -Music quality is the same as the apple earpods (which is good for the fact it has 0 wires). There is decent bass and these things are LOUD. - 4 to 5hrs of consistent music on 1 charge and I got an extra 6 charges with the case before having to recharge that. - Music pauses when one is removed from ear and starts again once reinserted back into ear. You can listen out of one airpod, just need to rehit "play" with one out after it pauses. - Bluetooth connection distance is EXTREMELY far if in isolated locations (like in your office building). I got approx 150ft away from my phone before I lost connnection in my office suit. [Lost connection outside playing basketball on a pretty windy day at about 50ft] Cons: - Cant adjust the volume without Siri (if you find yourself listening to music far from your phone) - The ever present worry you'll misplace the case or an airpod. (buy sport clips on Amazon to avoid this) - A bit pricey Overall I'm a fan of these little things. If Apple puts in volume control I'll give it another star.

I've seen people wearing these and kept thinking how dumb they look sticking out of their ears. Finally I tried a pair and was amazed at how light they are, how well they stay in your ear, and how easily they connect. I've gone through 3-4 different bluetooth headsets over the last few years but these are by far my favorite.

I gym 5 days per week and jog on the weekends. I have been spoiled with ‘behind the head’ Bluetooth sport earbuds, aka Jaybird Freedom for the past two years now. After recently purchasing an iPhone 8 and Apple Watch, I really wanted to complete my collection with the Airpods, but I have been having my own speculations of the functionality of the product in my mind. After finally giving in from reading the positive reviews for months online, I can not be more happy with the decision. I have worked out, biked, and jogged with the pods in and they barely moved at all in my ears. The technology in these things are next level stuff. The sound is amazing, they go crazy loud, full bass, high trebles. The charging case is a godsend, easy to carry around and the airpods charge ridiculously fast. The only thing about these bad boys that I need to get used to, is that I forget that they are in my ears because of how comfortable they are. I tend to touch my ears to make sure they are still there, even though if one did fall out, the music would pause. Something I need to get used to, but definitely is a plus in terms of comfort and design.

Now I understand why they just cut the wires and have almost the same design, shape, and size as the old ear pods. It's for comfort, to avoid falling off, and to maintain the sound quality. I am not familiar with the others like Bose or Beats sound quality but the airpods I would say are good and acceptable in sound production. I could wear it more than 4 - 8 hours until the battery dies down for recharging. It recharges in its case which is sweet and stress free. Pairing is a no sweat. I said to myself I would only try it and later return it but after using it for a day I decided to keep it. It is worth the money and convenience. Highly recommended if you are looking for a wireless headset for your Iphone.

I'm often called an Apple geek, but products like this just work for me. Sound quality is fine, a little better than Apple's wired earbuds. Pairing is quick and easy, but especially because they automatically pair to your other Apple devices. But the best part for me is the fit. I prefer the more open fit and feel to the typical buds and earpieces that feel like rubber stoppers clogging my ears. I realize bass performance suffers but I have other headphones for when I really need fuller sound. These are portable and always with me. Tip: although I get plenty of battery life, in a pinch one can use just one earpiece at a time and keep alternating charging. That's like having 2 Bluetooth earpieces. Might make the price more palatable for some.

I bought a second pair that I didn’t end up needing as a gift. But I have them and they are wonderful! Here are the caviats: If the EarPods don’t fit you, then these won’t If you want noise cancelling and amazing sound; this isn’t for you If you have anything but a iPhone/macbook/applewatch; Buy something else. This product is meant to be used in the apple ecosystem and works wonderfully with switching between devices. The sound is better than EarPods but nothing like bose/JBL headphones. The fitment is the exact same as EarPods. Extremely water resistant (not listed as a feature) I’ve used them to work on my car to actually working out with them, and they’ve been fine. The case is wonderful! 5 hours of actual playback and then it has a 5min charge option for an extra hour or so(?) of listening. The case gives me a whole couple of days or maybe a week worth of listening sporadically. And love how I don’t have to worry about them. Pauses when you take out one AirPod and works great as a Bluetooth headset. Great for people who are rushing and on the go. Such as students and business people.

Like many new products, I was a little reluctant to consider this device, but after using them the first time the benefits were apparent. Easy to put into use, stays in the ear, audio quality is great, and the charging system is very cool. I use these for work, while I still use my wireless Beats headphones for exercise.

This is actually a pretty tough review to write because I am still not quite sure how I feel about these AirPods. The inclusion of Apple's W1 wireless chip makes the syncing of these AirPods with my other Apple devices a breeze. Completely wireless is great as well. No cords to my device, nor do I have to worry about a cord between the two AirPods. Finally... True freedom! The also can integrate with Siri and you can use them in conjunction with your iPhone to both listen and talk. Pretty cool. They also sit securely in the ears... No worries about them falling out. For the price, I would also challenge you to find a comparable pair of wireless headphones that provides the same features. I am not familiar with anything on the market that is quite like the Apple AirPods. They are truly a unique product at a reasonable price (considering what wireless headphones sell for). Those are the positives. Now, some of the reasons why I'm still not sold (so to speak, considering I already purchased a pair)... Apple advertises over 24 hours of music, but there's a caveat. The AirPods themselves hold about a 5 hour charge. You then need to recharge them in the included case and the case holds enough "juice" for about 24 hours (or so I'm told; I have not tested this myself). I have a pair of Powerbeats 3 and am used to 12 hours of wireless playback without a charge. I have to charge these at least twice as frequently. On a long flight, better make sure your case is fully charged and be prepared to go a little bit without your AirPods while they charge up. Apple states 15 minutes of charging in the case will give you three hours of battery life, so it's not too bad, but still something to consider. The case itself is also pretty small, so no problem traveling with it. I suspect the AirPods and the case also use magnets as the AirPods seem to magnetically "pop" into the case. Very elegant and nice design overall as far as that is concerned. This did create an issue for me, though, as I have short, fat, "sausage" (as my life likes to call them) fingers. On more than one occasion I had trouble getting the headphones out of the case without dropping them. Ultimately, these are headphones and I use them for the sole purpose of listening to stuff (music, videos, movies, phone calls, etc.) I said before that they stay in the ear, but that doesn't mean they fit well. I found that the sound is not directed down into my ear and, if I want to really "hear" my music, I have to keep my fingers on the AirPods and pivot them so that the sound is directed down into my ear canal. Not very sustainable when jogging or when I need to use my fingers to operate my iPad. My first experience was using these AirPods on an airplane. Even with the volume turned up all the way, the background noise of the airplane was enough to drown out the audio. I had to turn on the closed captioning on my iPad to not miss what was being said in the movie I was watching (unless I physically pushed the AirPods down into my ear, which was horribly annoying and unsustainable). I also found that, after a while of wearing them, they bothered the inside of my ear. That may have had something to do with me pushing them down so I could hear, but that simply underscores the issue. If they're just sitting in the ear, they are not too bad at all, but the volume and quality of the audio is not what I would prefer. I can wear my Powerbeats for hours upon hours without them being uncomfortable. That was not the case with these AirPods. So, ultimately, the Best Buy rating system asks me if I would recommend these to a friend. I will say yes, but with some caveats. The quality of the audio may be great on paper, but I found that the sound is not directed down into my ear with they way they fit. Maybe that is just me and the nature of my individual anatomy. I suspect some people may try them and find them to be perfect. Unfortunately, the only way to know for sure if you like them and they work for you is to buy them and use them. Have no idea what the return policy is on AirPods, but I am guessing most vendors do not want to try to sell wearable devices that have been in other people's ears. Again, for the money, these are pretty good with some nice features. They are small and, even with the case, are extraordinarily portable (even more so than my Powerbeats 3). Battery life is decent and, with the case, you can be away from an outlet for somewhere around 24 hours (with some quick charging breaks every 3 to 5 hours). Just be aware that, given the unique anatomy of your ears, the audio quality or loudness may not be quite what you were expecting for a headphone that literally nestles into your ear. These headphones are definitely about average, so I felt they deserved more than 3 stars, yet 4 stars seemed a little high given the audio quality and loudness issues I described above (in addition to the prolonged comfort problems I had while trying to overcome those shortcomings). 3.5 stars would seem about right, although if I had to lean one way or the other, I would say they are closer to "Good" (4 stars) then they are to "Average" (3 stars).

I love these so far!! I purchased my AirPods at an Airport Vending Machine. I unboxed them, flipped opened the lid of the charging case, and boom! They connected to my iPhone 7 Plus. Put them in, and they sounded really good! Not the best sound you’ll get with Bluetooth earbuds, but that was expected. You aren’t buying these because you want the best sound. You’re buying them because of zero wires and other awesome features. I was a little apprehensive after reading reviews as far as how’d they fit. Seems like they either fit well or they don’t fit well enough to not fall out. They fit me great, and they are so light. I think exercising with these will be fine. I shake my head back and forth, and they don’t budge. I really like that when you take one out, the music stops, and when you put it back in, the music plays. You can disable this feature if you want. The carrying/battery case is so small. I don’t even notice it when carrying it in my pocket. I usually carry mine in the change pocket of my jeans/pants. For the price, I think they are an awesome buy. Get these! You will love them!

I am a very very particular person when it come to earbuds and most of the time I have a very hard time finding ear buds that fit my ears properly. These air pods were a game changer I had tried on a pair of co workers expecting them not to fit very well but to my surprise the fit was great. Being I’m a big gym goer and wanted to use these while lifting I shot over to amazon and saw these covers called ear buddy’s that offer some sweat protection and have wing s on them that look like the tips from nose sound sports. Between the covers and air pods I have a very secure fit that absolutely blew me away while working out with them. Again I am very very picky about electronics and gear but will say the air pods are a total game changer. They connect fast have great battery life and fully satisfied my needs you definitely won’t be disappointed.

They are really tiny and very light. The charging case is perfect. Before these I had the Power Beats 2 and felt they were pretty good but what I really like about the Airpods is they don’t have any wires. The sound quality is very good and always has a solid Bluetooth connection to my iPhone or Apple Watch. Pairing is so easy too. Do they fall out? Maybe for some but it probably has something to do with your ears. Mine felt like they were going to fall out the first couple of workouts, but they never did. After you use them for awhile you forget about how they feel and just start enjoying them even more. If you use the wired ones that came with iPods and iPhones you will be very happy to lose the wire.

I finally broke down and bought a set of AirPods to compliment my new Apple Watch Series 3. As a longtime audiophile, I’ve shied away from wireless headphones due to the technical limitations of the delivery mechanism. I needent have. Although these aren’t really up to picking apart with minutia, in isolation they’re totally enjoyable. Fit is ok, they don’t quite stay put in the best sounding position for me, but they also don’t fall out on runs or bike rides, so I’m good with the fit. They are incredibly comfortable, and non-fatiguing; you can listen/use for hours on end with no discomfort or fatigue. The fact your audio will pause if you remove one earphone, and then automatically start when you put it back in, is brilliant for quick conversations. Battery life is ~4 hours, and the battery case is super handy for top offs. They don’t flawlessly switch between my iPhone, watch, and iPad, but a quick tap on the airplay icon grabs them if need be. I guess I don’t love the way they look. Clearly, You really have to nitpick these things to find fault... they really are that good.

I read the reviews and wasn't sure about the headphones for the price. I bought my wife a pair and then I went back the next day and bought a pair for myself. Easy to pair. Great sound. Really cool way to check the battery, just open the case next to your phone and a screen pops up showing the battery levels.
