These are just acceptable for casual music listening .. lacks rich, full sound. They do provide a solid bluetooth connection and excellent battery life. However, they fit loosely: +provides awareness of surroundings; +while upright, these stay in my ear well enough; +easy on, easy off; -while leaning back or in bed, these want to fall out; -provide an inconsistent sound quality depending on how they are positioned; -for calls, this makes you want to speak loudly and other party can be harder to hear in noisy environments. Apple, ears come in all shapes and sizes and those ear hooks/skins go along way in providing better fit, isolation, and stability while providing a much improved sound experience. Also, many early reviews failed to mention that there's some customization in the interface: I have double tap on left for previous track, double tap on right for next track. I think apple just believes everyone wears the apple watch and will use it as a remote.. it's what i do while wearing any headset now days. As such these do well in the office, while shopping, or out and about .. but fail when wanting to sit back and appreciate good music. Oddly, i find myself reaching for these more often than my other better sounding headsets .. they're just more convenient to put on and take off...

The AirPods are a really nice thing to have. Easy charging as well as the ease to carry around. The sound is great with good acoustics. Take one out of your ear to pause the music. Great item!

Exactly what you would expect from Apple. Pairs effortlessly with your Apple devices. The sound is crystal clear. These devices stay in your ear. I highly recommend these for any Apple user.

First off the battery life is way better than my Jaybird headphones. Sounds quality is great and it has more bass than the beats I owned a few years back. These stay in the ear surprisinglywell while I’m at the gym. I’ve even done jump rope, box jump, and kettlebell swings. Noise canceling is pretty good. Probably have the best mic on any headphones that I’ve ever owned. Easy to sync with phone and has great BT range. Would buy again!

Airpods sound great and have a strong Bluetooth connection over the generic 30 ft all other Bluetooth headphones/earphones have. Great quality, long lasting battery with convenient sturdy battery case. I have multiple bluetooth headphones/earphones costing over $300 and I always find myself going back to airpods, sometimes I forget I have them on. I could have them on all day and they don't bother my ears.great product highly recommended.

The ultimate benefit of these headphones lies in the connectivity and seamless integration between Apple devices. Although they leave you with a desire for better sound quality and other headphones on the market surely surpass them, battery life, integration, the way they seem to just disappear after you place them in your ear and many other postive qualities counteract this negative one. they are the best all around headphones I’ve ever owned.

I received these AirPods as a gift and never expected them to work as well as they do. They're simply AWESOME! They sync to my iPhone instantly and stay charged its case whenever I'm not using them. Audio quality is great for both music and especially for phone calls. Phone call quality in car is 100x better than car bluetooth. I can't say enough about this awesome product which is why I bought some for my girlfriend and daughter.

I was on the fence considering the price of these. Went for it and so glad I did. Excellent quality. The charging pack is such a cool idea. Sound quality is good. Would absolutely buy again.

Got these because I was looking for literally wireless ear pods. I had another wireless brand that had great sound but there was a wire connecting the 2 ear pieces and it was hard to operate the answer/volume buttons without removing them from my ears. My Apple ear pods work great. Just a double tap on a pod and you can answer or make a call, ask Siri what ever you want, including playing music, etc. The charge time works great too.

Got these to replace a jaybird set with earlobe hook for running. Biggest fear was one of these fall out during running meaning a $80 loss. Has not been a problem. Great sound and connection

They stay in my ears even while working out. I would say if you like the standard Apple earbuds and they fit well then you will like AirPods. They have great sound. Being able to use them separate is great for covertly catching up on game of thrones while at work. The call quality is very good. I am a natural cheapskate and bought $40 Bluetooth earbuds but they sounded terrible so I exchanged them for $100 beats X which were aggravating due to the long cord(just like many reviews stated) so I exchanged them for AirPods. And glad I did. I may have bought them to begin with if I would have been able to physically see them beforehand which I was unable to do at bestbuy.

I have to say, this is one of Apples best accessories they've released in a long time. I wasn't expecting to enjoy them, and it took me a while before I could due to the iOS operating system you had to have in order to use them, I was stuck on iOS 9.3 because I couldn't upgrade my phone without connecting it to a Laptop/Desktop to sync and download the upgrade. But once I finally was able to upgrade to the latest iOS (12), I got to try these out and they are wonderful. I like the look and design, the way they are magnetically connected in their slots inside the dental floss sized case, how the case recharges them once you put them in, how long they last, and how comfortable they feel in the ear. The way they connect to your iPhone/iPad/MacBook with Bluetooth is also very neat and quick, I like that, rather than having to go to settings to adjust this, adjust that, they connect once you pop open the lid. I hope the next model they come out with comes in more than one color, I don't mind the white at all, but if they're gonna make Gold/Silver/Space Gray/Black iPhones, iPads, & MacBooks, why not add 1-2 of those colors to the AirPod lineup? Even though I wish the price was a little bit lower, it's not a terrible price point. One of the negative things I've read, but haven't experience yet, is after a little over a year of usage the charge in the Airpods and the chips don't work as good or last as long. I guess I'll have to wait and see how that goes with me a year later after using them, but by then I'm sure Apple will have a newer model of these out to upgrade to.

I have an IPhone 6s so I do have an earphone jack. I wanted these for working out in the fitness center. Always worried about stepping off the elliptical, forgetting about the phone, and ripping the phone off the machine, Very light, I am very careful around any containers of water such as toilets. A disaster if one dropped out of my ear, into the toilet. Also, they are so light, with my IPhone in my right front pocket, and my keys in my left front pocket, my pods are in the pocket with my keys. I can see them falling out without my noticing it. A good non slippery case is recommended. The charging system is nice. Pop the pods back in the case, and they recharge.

My wife loves these. She likes bids that go into your ear and was REALLY worried they wouldn’t stay in, but they do (just like I told her they would). And they sound great too, so she says.

easy to use with my iphone, mac, apple watch and ipad. easy to connect to all devices and is seamless. the audio is better than the Earpods as well. don't hesistate to buy if you want them.

These headphones sound awesome, and the fact that you don’t ever have to worry about getting all caught up in the wires, is so refreshing. The sound is top notch also. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I used to wear wired headphones that I would constantly snag on corners, which would then violently unplug and my phone would drop to the floor. At this point, I figured I needed wireless headphones, and what better way than to spoil myself with AirPods. They pair seamlessly with iPhones, and from there you can listen on any Apple device as long as you’re logged into the same iCloud. They’re great for casual listening, as well as working out. I’m also impressed how far you can walk from your device before the signal cuts out. The double tap feature is also very convenient, but you gotta put some force into it for it to work. That, and the high price with lack of other colors, would be my cons for this device. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

Bought these Airpods when supply finally became available locally. All I can say is I wish I had gotten them sooner. Near perfect product. Connect flawlessly and they sound great to boot.

One of the best wireless ear buds to buy. Sound clarity is amazing, and they don’t fall out of your ear. I’ve purchased 3 pairs of these for family members too and that’s all they use now

These air pods are amazing. The sync up right out of the box. The sound quality is great. People can’t even tell I am using an ear piece. I love them so much I bought a pair for my wife.
