She likes the ease of use with her iPhone and MacBook. Couple of downsides is that they can be easy to lose and the AirPod Pro’s are better.

Better get the wireless charging case, makes life easier

One flaw is that it does not have noise canceling but if you customize your audio level in settings it gives you a slight difference of noise cancellation.
