I had the original Time capsule and needed more storage space and this fit the bill perfectly. It was easy to set up from the beginning and I have had no issues since then. The range is much better than the original Time Capsule.

The AirPort Extreme Time Capsule is amazing it works so much better than previous wifi routers that I have used. It was very simple to set up, and all of my wifi devices work great simultaneously without losing speed or connectivity. I tested it out playing YouTube videos on 2 iPhones 2 iPads and Apple TV all running at the same time and all devices worked perfect. I have also tested in all areas of my home upstairs and down with no drop in speed or connectivity. Oh yea and it has a 3T hard drive that I have not even tried out yet. I have already purchases a second one to use at my pharmacy to provide free public wifi.

I had a router upstairs and an extender downstairs and kept losing the wifi signal downstairs. I had this product installed upstairs and an AirPort Express installed downstairs 3 months ago and have not lost wifi since. Awesome product. Also my daughters MacBook Pro will back up to it automatically, which is a nice feature as well.

You are getting a great product for the money, but it is way over price when compared to other back ups, Wifi set up 1-2-3 & I haven't had any loss of wifi like I get with my providers router. I would recommend this highly.

I bought this to backup my new Macbook Pro and my old Macbook that I passed to my wife. It was a breeze to setup and now I'm wirelessly backed up everything I come into my house with my computer. I wish the wireless range was a little better. (I was told it would be a lot further reach them my old one from Comcast, but it's about the same).

This device performs as advertised. The built in wireless router has a good, strong signal. The small footprint made it easy to find a spot for it. After 2 hours all was up and running with all my Apple devices successfully being backed up automatically.

Purchased this device because of it capabilities to back up our computers without any wires. Configuration of this device is not really different than other brands. I purchased this to replace an Airport Extreme. Now we use the Airport Extreme to extend the wifi. This was also an easy configuration. Great product.

It looks great as all Apple products do. setup took less then 2 minutes! it maybe over priced, but I like having the security of having everything backed up without paying a monthly fee.

The Good: All the standard features you would expect in a router with some nice additions, such as a guest network and integrated storage. Very easy to setup from a Mac or iPhone and integrates easily into Time Machine backups. The Bad: The capacity of integrated storage not adequate for today's storage needs.

The Time Capsule is another Apple branded device that fits in with the great product line. Two concerns, set up with ATT Uverse Internet and the price. Uverse internet makes this a little difficult to set up. Had to go through numerous internet searches, Uverse CS and Apple. Second concern is the price, Surprise! True to form, the Time capsule is a bit on the expensive side. Found out after that a friend has a similar back up system that uses Time Machine but, that was over my tech-challenged head.

I love it! Easy to use. Like having your own cloud.

Very easy to setup however you do need to have some computer experience to determine if you are setting up as a bridge or separate router. Other than that it is a great way of sharing files.

Great product! Easy to use. What I like about this product is placing devices on different frequencies which helps improve speed and notice that there aren't any drops when streaming.

Totally easy to set up, and you can link it with time machine to back up your entire computer's data, AND you can plug in another external drive, such as a seagate, that will store your iTunes library.....

Sooo easy to set up. Practically nothing to it. Automatic backups and wireless setup. Large capacity means you won't run out of storage for a long long time. Highly recommended

I use this product for Time Machine on 3 computers. The 3tb HD lets me backup with reasonable depth the 1.75 total hard drive space of the other 3 computers. It works as intended and for my application has excellent throughput for both wireless signals. The automatic backups work as expected...flawlessly.
