Product in good condition, genuine Apple red watch band included, and battery health at 95%. Those parts do meet the definition of excellent - refurbished. The problem is this is the second watch ordered from BB and it took 14 days from order to door for both. That just doesn't cut it in this day and age. Also irksome is I bought from BB instead of a competitor because of the included 4 month of Apple Fitness. I don't use it, but wanted to check it out. Apple refused to redeem the offer because I am not a "new subscriber" having previously accepted a free month of Apple Fitness+ when it launched 5 years ago and never subscribed since. So at the end of the day, I should have bought from someplace else and had the product in 48-72 hrs without the waiting and disappointment.
