    iPad was unlocked as advertised. It worked fine on t-mobile and seemed willing/able to hook up to other mobile providers. iPad was very close to like new condition. Would buy again.

    Even though it’s refurbished it still looks and works like it’s practically new, no problems thus far. Highly recommend especially if your trying to save

    Because the newest model of the Apple iPad required swiping motions to operate and did not have a "button" as the previous model, we had to purchase a refurbished model that still operated with a button. We hoped that Best Buy would be a reputable source for refurbished electronics, and we were right. We're very pleased with the iPad that you sold us.

    Transaction was swift and included my tradein. The refurbished iPad has been flawless. Everything works as it should including the battery life. Very happy i made this purchase. Included Apple one year warranty too. Great job BestBuy

    The product does not work as expected. Problem is charging does not stay longer and battery not charges more than 70%

    model number does not match, unable to connect cellular service, it says unlocked but only AT&T is able to be chosen
