Shipping was fast. But the product it’s self was a little upsetting.. Battery life is not that great and the software updates is not the new one and I can’t download apps because it is not the up to date IOS. Even though the software says it is updated.

Bought this for my 3 year old son, holds charge really well son has left his iPad unattended for over 2 hrs even when I have realized his error the battery would barley drop maybe 20% which isn’t much at all since he was running kids YouTube on it with no volume. The parental controls our outstanding allowing us the parents to set up time zones which the iPad can be freely used and other time zones where you can select particular apps where you’d like your kid to only play during those selected times you may also set up block out times where your child will not have access to any of their apps for however long/duration you have set the blocked timer for all is manageable from parents either phones or iPads making things a breeze fun fact as well for the 1/4 of the price for a brand new tablet this was well worth it for our son just purchased a otter case from Amazon with screen protector and boom not breaking any time soon

I recieved my "refurbished" iPad Air 2 today, it had not been powered off (in my opinion never a good sign of quality control) and had scratches, and one dent and chip in the back (hey, it could have been plural). Also, there seemed to be a line of color that was bleeding. Upon further inspection, mine came from a place called "JemJem", I know a bit about them and would never purchase anything from them knowingly. Oh Best Buy, have you lost your way? And the weird part is, I checked warranty status and it has the full one year Apple warranty??? Paging Silkwood

The product came in a timely manner.
It doesn't have the original apple charger.
The product looks new based small chip in the outer case.
The battery runs pretty well.
Perfect product for watching Netflix on the go and Peloton work out videos during the stay in order.
Great Product for a Great Discounted Price! Great Utility!

Do not buy these iPads. They break within a month and die fast.

The display was horrid and glitchy. Obviously, you don't really own it, because you can't modify it (display layout). It booted very slow, at almost 90 seconds. The wifi was reliable, but it was memory choked. If you're getting an Apple or Samsung Tablet, spend the money and get the best you can afford, because the chasm between this and any iPad Pro is like they are from different universes. Same with the Samsung, get the Tab S and load it with memory. This was a nighttime reader, and I had to put it on the charger before I went to sleep, or it would be dead by the next evening.

I bought this exact same item for my wife last November as a Christmas gift. Recently my 2013 iPad mini could no longer use the latest apps, so I bought another refurbished iPad Air 2 for me. My wife’s battery lasts all day. If I use mine for a few hours continuously it dies, and is slow to recharge. Not sure why my battery isn’t as good. I guess that’s the chance you take with refurbished products.

This was a great pickup for half the price! Ordered this for my child to use for schoolwork and games and has been a lifesaver. The case was completely unblemished and the screen was responsive. Have had no issues with the product and look forward to many more days of productive fun and entertainment on this device.

iPad looks good and screen functions great. Battery dies very quick though. My fault for not sending it back quick enough.
