  • Kept rebooting after initial setup! Returned.

    The Geek Quad “refurbished” iPad Pro 10.5” was not properly tested. After going through the initial iOS setup and trying to click on the pre-loaded apps (to download them), the unit kept sporadically rebooting! It would just reboot at any point (even when it was just sitting there and I wasn’t using it). I took a video of this happening and returned it the next day. Too bad, I really wanted the 10.5” pro to be good. They need to do full testing before putting refurbished units on the website.

    With it being refurbished we didn’t have a lot of information so we had to look everything up and hope the info is correct.

    Arrived on time. No problems so far. Fits right in pri cover w/keyboard. Would order again. Extremely easy and satisfied customer.
