The ipad itself is working great no problems there. However, they sent a 10 watt charging block with a 3 foot long cord off brand with the ipad. This wattage is not enough to charge an ipad size battery effectively. It charges at a rate of about 10% and hour. I get that its a refurbished ipad but i still feel like they could give a proper apple charger thats made for the ipad. The price is cheaper because the ipad is refurbished not because you get a worse charger…

Dont buy refurbished “good/excellent” ipads this ones power button was smashed in, in what was is that even okay

I bought this back in February of this year and it is no longer holding a charge. I called and reached Global support and they stated they could only set up an appoint to meet with Geek squad to diagnose the problem. I already know what the problem is the iPad is no longer holding a charge and for that reason will not stay on. I feel like this was probably the issue with it when they called themselves fixing it the first time. I was advised to go to the store to speak with a Manager to see if there is anything they can do for me. If not I will not buy anything else from Best Buy ever again and I have bought several items in the past.

iPad was certified refurbished and sold at a good price deal. Received and it looked brand new.

Beautiful ipad, no scratches no cracks just hate the fact that it didnt come with a head for the charger and it came bubble wrapped and not in its orginal box and it also came dead so I just returned it and went ahead and purchased the 2022 generation iPad instead.

There is a big promble! Why do i receive ipad without packaging box and usb charge cable,and no 20w power adapter?????

I no longer trust geek squad refurbished or Best Buy. The iPad died after about a hr of use. You can’t get any type of warranty coverage on it or repairs (unless you’re trying to pay more than you got it for). Overall just not worth it. Still waiting or my replacement or refund

Received product with 10% battery and wouldn't charge with the USB-C charger that came with it. Tried with different outlets, boxes, and charging cords but no luck.

You handed the wrong product. I have to bring it back from India and return it

Operates very smoothly and does exactly what I hoped it would! Thanks to this iPad, I am finally getting something out of drawing digitally!!

Everything came perfectly, just received the wrong charger for it. That’s my only complaint.

bought it, nothings wrong with the ipad. wish it came with the apple box haha but other than that it was secured with bubble wrap.

battery life is average, but the device works perfectly well.
