With the exception of some light blemishes it looks like new. Been using now for months and works really well and the battery is in good condition. Really amazing for me value and can’t recommend enough. Will definitely consider another Best Buy refurbished product in the future

So it’s not a bad looking iPad and I do like it, but I find the battery to be lacking in a very big way. It will go from 5% down to 0% very quickly and sometimes go down from 12% to 0% in just a few minutes. There’s obviously some battery problems and they sent me a device that had battery problems. They should have checked it out a little bit more before they send it out from the factory. I already had to send it in once already because they sent me the non-cellular data version and so they had to send me back that one already which had way better battery by the way. I did appreciate the battery on that one and it was a nicer device than the one they sent me as a replacement. I would think if somebody had to get a replacement due to the companies’s error, they would send one of their better versions of said product. Otherwise it’s been OK so far but the battery is saying of just going down in battery so fast it’s crazy. I saw that I had a one time you know 7% battery and I was like oh I got like 30 minutes. I can use with it died within a couple minutes. So, besides the battery issues, I am happy with the screen size, the brightness, the quality of the brightness, the richness of the colors, the speed of the iPad and the ease abuse and set up. Just that battery issue made me review it a little bit lower than I would have.

With a brand new iPad being outside of my budget, I was looking for one in great condition for a lower cost as a gift. I’m really glad I opted to go for this refurbished option- it’s been perfect, so far. The iPad arrived in great condition, as described, with a charger included. Best Buy’s refurbishing process has definitely gained my trust and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a less expensive device.

Don't Buy refurbished piece of junk lasted a month before have only a half hour battery life and from the get go was slow as hell compared to the exact model it was replacing. Also given time may be related that my apple password also suddenly stopped working have me cut off from my apple account for a week waiting for an email back since they don't have a normal password reset. Customer service is terrible personally I'd suggest just staying away from apple products all together
