I recently purchased a refurbished iPad Air (2022) from Best Buy, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with the device. It arrived in good condition, albeit without the original packaging. There are a few minor scratches on the display, but they aren't very noticeable once the screen is on. One downside is that the iPad's battery health is at 86%, which is lower than expected for a refurbished device. Additionally, it came with iPadOS 18 installed, which is known to have battery drain issues. After tweaking some settings, I managed to achieve a reasonable battery life for a day's use. I also purchased an Apple Pencil (2nd generation) to use with the iPad. While I'm still learning how to utilize it effectively, I tried drawing with it a couple of days ago and found the experience quite smooth. There's minimal delay, and the drawing feels natural, almost like using a pen on paper. However, I'm still getting the hang of pressure sensitivity to control line thickness. Overall, the iPad Air offers excellent performance and value, especially for creative tasks. Despite some minor issues, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others. Chat

Product came as described. There were no damages to the iPad. And it still currently works and functions fine, even after a month of ownership. Only downside is the charging head it came with wasn’t the correct type. They gave me a usb one when this iPad uses a usb-c. Another thing is the battery dies a little quickly. It’s not the worst but still inconvenient sometimes. That’s only to be expected from a refurbished item. I can’t check battery health though. Overall, this iPad was worth the amount I spent on it which was only about $400.

I love this iPad. I had an iPad Pro 12.9 and it was so heavy. This one is much lighter, amazing color, and does everything my old one did only faster. Perfect in every way!!

Great product for the money. Very powerful, portable and overall great for any type of work/entertainment needs.

This is huge step up from the ipad 10th Generation. The 10th gen is a fine machine, but the Air M3 has triple the speed and screen resolution. If I had a kid in school they would get the 10th gen, but an adult professional should have the Air without a doubt.

This IPad was easy to set up . There are a few things a little different from my older IPad . I am very happy with my purchase.

Great second iPad. I mainly use it in the house which it makes an excellent apple tv / media center device. By connecting a usb-c to a HDMI cable it works great on my 4K tv. Plus its makes a great as a on the road device where wifi is aviable.

False Advertisement!!! I ordered an 256GB iPad and I received 64GB iPad.

I waited 5 days just to recieve the WRONG ITEM. I was sent a 64GB iPad Air when I ordered a 256GB!! Plus, best buy support just tells me all agents are busy, and theyre doing it on purpose! Never buy this!

Everything fine with the one I received and very happy. I traded in same model that had paltry 64GB storage and decided on same model extra storage so I could reuse the case etc. The trade in value helped put replacement cost in my budget. No screen or case scuffs/scratches I found but YMMV. Also got some Apple services offers e.g. Music and if you are eligible for all the offers are nice extras. So I did have issue with the actual pickup - the small terminal at the counter I had to sign had the issue. Had to move twice till found one the BestBuy team person got working (the people I dealt with were great). Be ready for when actually get to the counter for pickup (presuming you purchase online) will be at least five minutes if just a purchase, but likely closer to 10 if also have trade-in. Have proper ID for pickup.

I really like the iPad overall! Unfortunately, my Touch ID isn’t able to be set up, so I’ll have to go to the Apple Store to get it looked at. It’s not the largest problem, but it does make it harder to secure the iPad. It also came with a few scratches on the screen, but I'm able to conceal them with my paper like screen protector. Overall, I enjoyed being able to give an old device a new home. If you are interested in buying, don’t expect a “like new” device!

Great deal on this ipad! Only negative is that it does lose battery fast but other than that it feels brand new!

I really liked it, it's in very good, clear condition for being reconditioned. I loved it, it works 100%. I didn't trust buying things like that, but this purchase has been one of the best.

iPad was in good shape wouldn’t consider it great due to some fine scratches on the screen and back. Worst was the dirt that was around the rear camera. I figure a more picky person probably would have returned it instead of taking the time to wipe the whole iPad down. I won’t see the rear scratches with the case it’s in and the fine scratches on the screen disappeared with a screen protector applied. I knew upfront it was used, just wish someone would have wiped the dirt/crud off of it when checking it out before approving it for sale. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and I would probably buy from Best Buy refurbished again.

The tablet is in good condition, with some signs of use, but fully functional, ready to be set up, everything went smoothly, and they've improved the shipping time!

Bought but there were micro scratches on the screen (know that there could be though due to being refurbished) so I ended up returning it.

First time buying an iPad refurbished from Best Buy and when it was shipped, it was bubble wrap and protected log in just fine. Everything works well. The only thing I noticed is a scratch in the back, But really happy about my purchase.
