Refurbished i-pad came in great condition. Shipped quickly. Overall very happy.

I was nervous to buy a refurbished device but it was in great shape and I was able to get insurance through apple care as well.

First of all, the package came with no box and wrapped with bubble wrap. I understand that this is refurbished, but really? And it came with no charger, and nothing. Just an ipad. The ipad is sxratched up, and just looks terrible. Buttons are also sticky and disgusting. Please dont buy this

Overall I'm loving this iPad. The 10" screen is perfect form factor for a tablet. I also REALLY love that it's easy to use it as a second screen with Apple's continuity. Using it as a second screen is a breeze. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the USB-C port. It's SUCH a nice update to be able to use a generic USB-C cable on it, rather than needing a lightning cable. I'm using this with the iOS 18 beta, and it works flawlessly so far. I couldn't be happier with this purchase - it's my go-to device for sitting on the couch at the end of a long day and doing some reading where I can use a bigger screen.

This was definitely worth the savings it works perfect and there is just a little nic in the side piece not even visible with a case on!

This is my first ipad and my first time buying a refurbished item. I would like to say im glad i made the purchase! Everything runs smoothly and i mainly use it for leisure or some light work. Im currently doing my masters and have a full time job. This is so light weight i can carry in my bag and pull it ojt with ease. The only thing I’m concerned with is the battery lofe. Im not sure if its normal for it to go out so quickly. I am still testing and timing how long it takes from full battery to 10%. Other than that i see ko other issues and have no regrets!

I got this to learn procreate. I honestly haven’t done much with that but I’ve played a lot of candy crush on it.

It was cheaper than buying it new and it came in a condition that i couldn’t tell if it refurbished or not. Great product!

I will never again disregard refurbished products, at least when they are from Best Buy! Initially designated for a seldom used role, I was so impressed with it once I used it that it is now the primary iPad I use and I will soon be buying another one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
