I purchased a refurbished iPad Air from Best Buy, which arrived with a MacBook charger instead of a proper iPad adapter. Soon after, I experienced battery issues, very slow charging and unexpected shutdowns. Unfortunately, Best Buy did not offer a replacement. They accepted the return and refunded me but directed me to Apple for a $200 battery replacement, without addressing the adapter issue that may have caused the damage. I expected better support and transparency.

Runs hot amd it drains battery so im guessing this is the original battery snd its pretty worn. Estimating it needs to be replaced which is 120 amd thst makes this a not so good deal. The other parts are fine but the baterry is bad tje scrren is fine snd its looks good with no scratches but you camt sell someone something with a bad baytery smd call it refurbished.

So far great… I bought this as geek squad refurbished item, battery percentage was 98%. No scratches noted on the exterior or on the screen. The practically appears brand new. Happy to give this product a second life.

When you purchase an iPad, especially at a premium price, you expect the full experience—sleek packaging, the original box, and at the very least, the official Apple charger. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. The iPad arrived in generic, lackluster packaging that stripped away any excitement of the unboxing experience. No Apple branding, no elegant presentation—just a plain, dull box. To make matters worse, the included charger wasn’t even an original Apple product, which raises concerns about compatibility and longevity. While the iPad itself works as expected, the presentation and accessories are a far cry from what you’d expect from Apple’s renowned standards. For a brand synonymous with premium quality, this was a letdown. If you’re buying an iPad, make sure to double-check what’s included to avoid this disappointment.

It said refurbished, but it looks BRAND NEW! Not a scratch or scrape. Absolutely lovely!

Great Machine!!! This iPad has serviced me well. I use it when I travel to work so that I don't have to carry my heavy MacBook.

Received iPad without any blemishes and started up without a hitch. For that reason, this was a great buy since it was on sale as well. We like the larger screen (compared to older models) and squared edges.

Even though its 2 years old, it still has the M1 chip and good screen. Can literally do anything that my MacBook can do.

Came with some scuffs on the corners of the screen, and sticker residue on the back. So much for Geek Squad Certified Refurbished, looks like this one was missed. Had to take the time to return it and buy an open box one where I could actually inspect it. They did not follow their Geek Squad Certified guidelines! Here's what they promised. "Geek Squad Certified refurbished items are returned items that are tested for functionality, updated, and factory restored. They are also inspected, repaired, and tested by hand, and minor surface scratches and blemishes are repaired or minimized. "

The price it was good but the battery doesn’t work good so I did returned.

I bought the used one. There are some scratches, but works well.

I ordered this item as advertised  what I instead received was a generation four iPad so I contacted this Best Buy services and they said that I could return the item but the problem in my case is the store is far away and it would take me time and gas money to do that. So I probably won’t be ordering from this company Best Buy from now on. And if you do order from these folks, I would be very careful and watch what you’re getting..

Barcode label stickers all over and was not easy to remove. Came with a lightning charging cable that doesn’t even work with this product. Display has small cracks

ordered an Ipad when I received it, the screen looks like there was some type damage. Markings on the screen. I understand its a refurb but the product should be advertised as visible marks.

The screen was scratched and it came with the wrong charging cable (not just a different brand but wouldn’t even connect). First and last time I’ll buy refurbished from best buy

I ordered this online and placed it to the wrong address by accident. I called within minutes to have it sent to the right address. They told me to go sort it out in store (even though I ordered it online), then in store they told me to call the same number, whichI did, then they eventually told me to call the police and kick rocks after it was delivered to the wrong address. Supported best buy for years and even bought their stupid membership only to be continually taken advantage of. Once this membership expires, I will never use Best Buy or any of their services ever again.
