I feel like it is brand new. Other than some minor residue that was easy to wipe off it is in perfect condition. All features working well for me. Would recommend when its on sale.

I love it! Bought it refurbished because recycling tech is a good idea and more affordable. I mainly use it to draw on procreate with the Apple Pencil (bought separately). I also use it as a second screen when I need it for work.

I'm very happy with this purchase. Ipad looks brand new. There was some sticker residue on the back, which i removed with alcohol cleaning wipes. They also sent a 20watt apple adapter, and a USB C to lightening cord, which was wrong type of cable. This iPad needs a USB A to C, or USB C to C cable. Not to worry, lots of USB C around the house, or you can pick one up for cheap. Overall very satisfied with the geek squad certified refurbished iPad!

Looks like brand new!! No scratches or dents. Battery life is long.

TrueDepth cameras error picture included. So no Face ID

I ordered the 11in and it came looking great, but for some reason, they included the wrong charging cable. I decided to return it because for just 50$ more I can get the 12.9in. It arrived yesterday and i was shocked and very disappointed. It came in a thin box with barely any bubble wrap. There's no charging cable, just charging brick. They shipped ipad with the brick on the screen and the thin bubble between them. The shocker was when i took the ipad out the wrap and saw the deepest scratch on the back that I've ever seen on a mobile device. It looks like someone took a very sharp object and scratched it as hard as they can. I decided not to turn it on at all and return it. I am taking pictures and contact customer service because I don't think the packaging it came in is enough/safe to send it back in.

I’ve been using this refurbished 11-inch iPad Pro (128GB, Space Gray) and, overall, I’m really happy with it. The iPad showed up looking brand new-no scratches or marks-and everything works just like it should. The display is gorgeous. Colors are vibrant, and the ProMotion makes scrolling super smooth. Watching movies or drawing on it is a great experience. The M1 chip is still really fast for most things, and I haven’t had issues with everyday use like browsing, streaming, or editing photos. Battery life is solid-I can get through a whole day without needing to charge, even when I’m using it a lot. The cameras are surprisingly good, especially the front Ultra Wide with Center Stage for video calls. The speakers sound amazing for such a thin device. I use it with the Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard, and it’s replaced my laptop for a lot of tasks. iPadOS is smooth and there are tons of great apps. The only real downside I’ve noticed is with heavy multitasking. If I have a bunch of apps open or I’m switching between big programs, the iPad sometimes slows down or even closes apps on its own. I’m guessing it’s because of the older M1 chip or maybe the 8GB of RAM. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but something to keep in mind if you plan to really push it with a lot of demanding apps at once. Overall, I’d still recommend this iPad Pro, especially as a refurbished deal. It feels like new and does almost everything I need, just be aware it can struggle a bit with really heavy multitasking.

The iPad that I received came with a very small chip on the frame near the front facing-camera, very light scratches on the screen, and small scratches near the charging port. However, the iPad itself is functioning flawlessly. Battery life is great, screen quality is great. Coming from a 2017 iPad Pro 10.5”, this is a very nice upgrade. And for the price? 449$ at the time of this review is a steal!

I was nervous about getting refurbished but I think I got like $400 off or something pretty good. I’m a programmer/student who has been PC for the last 10 years, and recently even left android back to iPhone. An iPad Pro is no exaggeration better than any PC I’ve ever owned in terms of productivity. I have a knockoff Apple Pencil and the amount of good notes I can take now is insane. You can screenshot individual problems from text books, or format pictures and draw over them. This is what students should have. I haven’t printed out a hw or really anything unless absolutely necessary because the pdf editing is incredible. Battery is awesome and it being type C means it easily hooks up to a TV or your mac for an extra monitor. Speakers are really good, screen is beautiful. I rarely say this about a thing, but I couldn’t see my life without it anymore. I only have my work/school stuff on it besides tik tok because I like to keep it separate when possible. Buy refurbished and return of unhappy would be my advice. And I got the smaller ssd because it’s type c and cloud storage is simple now, I would’ve loved the extra ram, but I haven’t needed it at all.

First time actually using a iPad for myself. Using it now for an itch I've had for doing art again. Pencil works great (though very confusing to figure out which one cil works with which model). Works as expected, snappy interface. Unit did have some scratches but that's expected for a refurbished device. Plenty of apps to try on the art world because of the 500lb gorilla that Apple is in the mobile space. Definitely look for a screen protector and case asap as these things are not cheap and definitely not that durable.

This was the second refurbished 11" ipad pro with m1 chip in space gray that I attempted to purchase from BestBuy, and unfortunately I have to return both. The first one looks decent, but Face ID hardware had issues, so I end up returning. The second one had scratches all over the iPad when I received it in the box, so I didn't bother setting it up before I returned it. Overall I don't think this would qualify as "Refurbished". BestBuy is just selling used ipad pros, throwing in new third party accessories (charging brick and cable) and call them refurbished. At the time of purchase, these goes for $620, which is only $10 cheaper than purchasing refurbished ipad pro with the same exact specs from Apple.com. What you get from Apple is a refinished ipad that looks brand new, and a battery with 100% health, brand new Apple accessories (charging brick and cable), and a sealed apple refurbished retail box, and a 90-day warranty from Apple. In my humble opinion, spend $10 more and buy it from Apple.com until BestBuy changes their process of certifying these used iPads as refurbished.

I got this item open box. Bestbuy didnt bother to give me a charger with it and when i asked for one they told me its additional. So i laughed and walked out of the store. The item was marked down by $150 and had obviously been used but ot works well. Excellent battery life, crisp and clear display, reaponds quickly to touch etc… its a great buy! Ofc apple is overpriced but theres no competition so… go get one! Im enjoying mine.
