Just like new - but at a great price! This iPad replaces one from the early years, and it is so much sleeker, faster and brighter! I can take it anywhere, since it is so thin and easy to pack, and I can have my files, mail and internet at my fingertips.

Got the first I-Pad when it first came out. Of course we got program upgrades which helped to keep up with the cyber improvements. Then our iPad became non upgradable. Looked to the internet. Decided to go with Best Buy since we've been happy with products and service from BB. The price and reviews of the 'air 2 wifi 64 G' I -Pad interested us,and being refurbished did not sway us considering the savings. We are very pleased with our choice and have no regrets.

I wanted to get a new Ipad. I had the Ipad 4 for over 2 years and wanted to get an upgrade. I was looking around for a while at different stores. My ipad AIr 2 came on time and arrived in excellent condition. Right out of the box it worked and looked brand new. The only thing I missed was the Ipad box from apple that new Ipads come in. I charged my Ipad and then setup and had it working within a few hours. I like that it is refurbished because it was tested and approved by the geek squad. I have no complaints. I would never have known it was used before because it looks and functions like a new one. I like that is lighter than my other ipad and sleek. My ipad was packed with care and was so easy to open. There was no frustration in opening the box. I would most likely order from best buy again for my next ipad or electronic devices.

Well built tablet. Screen resolution and clarity is the benchmark in the industry. The tablet was a Christmas gift for my wife. Her only complaint is the weight of the tablet being heavier than the Samsung tablet the iPad Air 2 replaced which is the only reason for my 4 rating versus a 5.

I am a fond Apple user and have always been impressed by the OS and the ease of use of Apple products. In addition, I was impressed by Best Buy online purchase. In particular, there was a problem with an online coupon, I called customer service and they were able to smoothly address the problem immediately. The price of the refurbished iPad was excellent and the condition was like new on arrival. Kudos to Best Buy on this one.

I was a little weary about buying a refurbished iPad. After speaking to a Best Buy associate and Geek squad associate I decided to give it s try the iPad was flawless. Only difference was the box it came in.

I bought a refurbished iPad a year ago, and haven’t had one problem. Light weight and I use it everyday. Takes get pics. Love taking videos of the grandkids school activities, just hold it up and you can still watch a performance without looking through a lens.

Lots of helpful and friendly staff to assist with purchases. They were very helpful. LOVE my new iPad Air2. Use it all the time. A great product.

Overall this is a great tablet for both school and travel use. Highly recommend for students.

Bought this to replace an old IPAD that did not have enough memory

If your budget is tight a Geek Squad refurb is the way to go. I saved about $150 on this.

The Pad air was refurbished but works fine. No problems

I replaced my mini iPad with this and it works perfect for surfing the web, doing e-mail, and social media.

Was a little hesitant going with a refurb iPad but its been flawless! Saved $ and its backed by the BB geeks if theres a problem, which there has not. Didnt want to give Cell co any more fees so I went wifi only and can use iPhone as hotspot if needed. Took other's advice and got 64gb and am glad- terrific purchase!

This ipad looked brand new. functions like new. great deal

I did not like that there wasn't any instruction or operation manual for the tablet. I had to go to Apple just to get started operating the tablet. Once I was able to use it , the tablet was fabulous.

The iPad Air 2 is a good iPad. I've had all of them and love them

When I received the IPad I thought it was a new unit. It came in mint new condition and works flawlessly. I have owned every iPad that was made and trust the Geek Squad in all they do. I highly recommend buying a refurbished iPad from Best Buy's Geek squad. Saved a Few Hundred for a Mint iPad.

Got this Air 2 for my son for Christmas/Birthday gift. He seems to very pleased and has had no issues with this refurbished tablet. We buy all of our electronics from Best Buy, because they offer Geek Squad protection.
