I have that nagging voice "something might be wrong with it". Was it returned for an issue or just during the return period because someone changed his/her mind? Either way, it is an open item. But, the Geek Squad has a checklist to go through and ensure it is operating to specification. Rolled the dice, saved some money, and I'm happy with the decision. Love Best Buy!

I bought many refurbished and open box items before and never had a problem. The new one they put on sale cost less than the refurbished one

Worth the risk

Buying last generation and refurbed allowed me to save a lot and still get great product.
