Good condition. It has some knicks on it :( wish it was more accurate. It was a gift so when they opened it, it’s already too late to return.

case came slightly dusty but nothing a wipe couldn’t get off. everything else was very clean and looked brand new and so far they work well

The sound quality is good. However the headphones are a bit tight on the head. So wearing for long durations gets uncomfortable rather quickly.

I absolutely love my airpod maxes and I’m so a happy I bought them refurbished instead of brand new. Saving a bit of money for the same exact thing is worth it.

Shipped me one not refurbished by Geek Squad

This should be an amazing product but the set that I was shipped was not actually refurbished by Geek Squad as advertised. I was surprised when the box was sticky, dirty, and has masking tape in it. When unboxed I noticed that the lightning cable was missing. The condition of the headphones seemed decent (only two very small scratches) at first glance. When I went to pair it to my phone it showed that they were still paired to the previous owner’s Apple ID!!! Not only that, but their name was etched into the headphones. Shocking and certainly not the kind of quality control that I would expect from a device that was certified to be refurbished by Geek Squad.
