Didn’t come with ear tips I was so mad but then again they didn’t say they would.

I got certified refurbished. They came with earwax and hair. Couldn’t tell you if they worked or quality because I obviously couldn’t even use them. Talked to customer service and they said they would send an exchange set. Sent the dirty ones back with supplied ups label but never got the exchange pair I was told by customer service. Zero star and terrible experience won’t be using Best Buy again

Significant upgrade from my AirPods…love them even more than I thought I would!

It does not come with the squishy rubber tips that actually go in your ears - you have to buy your own or these AirPods are pretty useless. Not only did I not get the size varieties - I got none at all. Also, the return period is short - less than 3 weeks, so I’m stuck with these.

the airpods do not work correctly, the space mode does not work and when I tried to return them to the store they did not accept the return because the box matched the code of the airpods, but that is the box that you sent me.

Nice product however it took a little long to get here.

I got the airpods today and it did not come with the rubbers! It was not in the description that rubbers were not included! A waste! Bestbuy should be more transparent of the description. Returning tomorrow! Such a waste of time!

I have had a few different earbuds, but these are the best so far. The sound is great, they are comfortable and the battery life is good. But the price is great. Only down side is came with 2 sizes of soft buds, big and small.

These AirPods Pro have great sound fit nicely the only complaint I have about them is that they can fall out when bending over and battery life is a little short only about 3.5 hours of continuous listening

Good headphones, transparency, and noise-canceling work very well. I would not buy them for the full price though, only refurbished/used. It would be nice if the battery lasted a little longer, but its not a big problem.

Excellente purchase. I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews that said the pods came with cracks and not in good condition. Mine look brand new, ear tips and cable are new in fact. The product was delivered before the expected date. Totally recommend it.

Bought these and Gen3 as well. Received the item in good condition, clean but without medium ear tips. Apple warranty showing valid till November. After charging a bit, they connected right up. After reading all the negative reviews here I was waiting for a dreaded "Not Your Airpods" message but none was received. This was true for both the pro and gen 3 that I purchased. The Pros sound great and I can get original medium eartips from the Apple store for the price of a coffee.

Even though its a refurbished product, it is no less than new product. The noise cancellation to the charging time was excellent. The connectivity is super fast. The sound quality is good. I have been using this for 2 years now with no problem. Saved money buying refurbished product with quality as new.

Very good sound and noise cancellation, and much more reasonable price than for new ones. The battery life of five to six hours is less than what I need.
