This is the easiest router that I have ever set up.

This was a replacement, my previous one lasted 5 years and was easy to set up. This one was easily setup with regard to WiFi, but I could never get the hard drive portion to function to back up the system. No idea why this unit was originally returned but it wasn’t fixed despite being certified refurbished. I returned the unit and won’t do that again.

Product was refurbished . Had Issues ,called Apple , they ran me through a chain of understanding the problem . Could it be fixed...They determined in fact that it was defective and could not be fixed.. Returned it to my local store. They were really nice about it. I have bought several things like this,.That were Open Box or refurbished ...this is the first one that did not work. I will continue to buy refurbished products.

As a router seemed fine but no parental controls only time limits. I returned it.

Product delivered on time. Upon power up detected a password had been set from best buy. Big run around with best buy before they gave a full refund. Password could not be found.

This product was easy to set up and great but at the 1 year point, it's started to fail. I've had an Apple airport previously for 7 years and never had issues so I assume that the issue is with the refurbished process that Best Buy has. Also, the product was slightly dirty when I received it from Best Buy. I would never purchase a refurb unit from Best Buy again.

I got this to help expand my network. My house is brick and in one area the wifi signal needs to penetrate thru the brick. The signal was very weak so I purchased this router to try to remedy this problem. Thankfully this router did a great job and almost doubled my speed in that area. Great result!! Love how all the Mac products work together so well!! Definitely recommend!!!

i could not set it up to my iMac, it was never reset and i did not know how to reset-in fact i had called Best buy to help me and they said they didn't know how to reset it either! theres no code shipped with this and it kept asking me for one before i could proceed. I'm not a pro on these products but i asked when purchased new its a lot easier to set up. first one i received was dented fyi.

I was skeptical after reading other reviews about the time capsule but it works great. My old router wouldn't reach parts of my home and was slow in the rest of the areas it would pickup. I went from averaging 10-20MB down to consistently over 50mb.

The setup was basically 'plug and play' and took no longer than 5 minutes. The drive was immediately recognized by my Apple devices. I would highly recommend this product as a router and a backup device.
