I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this iPad. Best buy had the best price point and offered the best option to fit my needs. I am very very happy with my purchase! I've had my iPad for about a year now and haven't run into any issues. The large storage capacity is amazing as I use my iPad for procreate and the designs can take up quite a lot of space.

Ordered a refurbished iPad (5th gen, 256GB) and received a 64GB instead. Completely changes the value of the product. Needed it for school, waited a week, and ended up with the wrong device. Best Buy couldn’t exchange it because it was refurbished, so I got pushed into a long return process instead. After all that, they just issued a refund instead of fixing their mistake. What made it worse was the inconsistent communication. A supervisor mentioned compensation ($100–$150), but no one followed through. Store and customer service kept passing responsibility back and forth with no clear solution. End result: wasted time, missed use for school, and I had to buy elsewhere due to need. This wasn’t just an inconvenience, it was a preventable mistake that cost me time and forced me to spend money elsewhere. I expected a proper resolution, not a runaround.

Absolutely worthless company. This ipad was damaged when i opened it. It was a gift for my mother, it didnt get opened the day it was received. I was told there is nothing Best Buy could do. Corporate said they would return it, havemt heard from them yet...

I would definitely pick one of these up if you’re looking for a dependable iPad but arent wanting to spend the money on a newer model. I have the keyboard and pencil with this and it works perfectly! I have it ypdate to 17.0.3 and it has zero issues. 256 GB is plenty of space and i forgot to mention thatvthe blue color looks amazing on these tablets.

The Best Buy refurbished is typically really good. It doesn’t come in an Apple box, but most people throw it out anyways. There were no major signs of damage and it runs well. When I had an issue, geek squad helped me out.

The iPad works great, but it came with a scratch (that’s pretty hard to see) and the volume up button is stuck. Otherwise I’ve had no issues with using the iPad.

Loving the new to me iPad work and function. Still trying to figure out if it has a bad battery. Turns off and randomly and if charged to 100 and left alone for a few hours goes down to 50.

Was a little worried about purchasing a refurbished iPad but this thing looks like it was never used. The only difference is the charging cable isn’t stock and the charging brick needed cleaned up.

Works well and in great shape. Uses usbc plug. Display works perfectly and has pretty good speed.

It came with no damages, and with a charger. Take note that it comes in a bubble protector around inside a box.

iPad was in good condition. Was disappointed when it arrived the box was open and was missing charger. Contacted customer service and was told to go to local Best Buy to get one for free and then was forced to pay for one so I could use the IPAD.
