Only one issue but was not good. They stuck a sticker on the iPad over the Apple symbol. Couldn’t get all sticky off. Was ugly

I have ordered open box and refurbished many times before. Unfortunately this time there is a 4 inch scratch across the screen. Dont have time to get new one before christmas so i guess my daughter is getting it anyway. Plus no manual didn't even come in the manufacturer's box. Also glue we on screen that took me a minute to get off.

They don't work properly. Stopped working after 3 years. Turned out that the box and iPad has to different serial numbers. The battery are also horrible. I would advise to buy a brand new one instead

Wanted to do a quick review since so many are negative. I am completely happy with this product. No problems so far - lightning fast, beautiful colors and resolution, and easy to use. Didn’t need a high-end iPad for what I do on it. Thanks for making refurbished products available so I could save some money on last year’s model!

The iPad works perfectly and is in very good condition. There is a scratch on the back but the screen appears to be new. This is a very good value at the $149 price that I paid.

Excellent condition. A bit of a learning curve on the apps vs on my iPhone. Great sale price.
