    This was mentioned as a great condition product . However when i started using it I figured out that it wont hold charge . Charge is draining out in couple hours . My 12 year old ipads will hold charge far better than this one . Poor experience from best buy

    Good deal for iPad however it does not support the newest iOS 18. Most apps require the newest iOS in order to be used. For example, Netflix and Disney app will not work.

    Everything is good with the ipad except the charge port is loose. The charger doesnt fit tightly n the port. But its charges and works well.

    Bought 2 months ago and now battery only lasts about 45mins before dying and needing to be plugged in. I knew a refurbished Ipad was a gamble but I expected it to last longer than 2 months.

    It stopped working in less than a month, freezing at startup with only the Apple logo appearing. I attempted to restart it and connect it to my MacBook, but nothing worked. Now I’m facing a repair bill of over $250. This purchase was completely pointless.

    Evidently they sent me the wrong product its locked and i camt get a refund or get it unlocked. Granted it wse s refurbished ipad and only $120.......im just disappointed with tbe customer service.....ive spent another $1500 there.....but i guess im trying to get over on them for 120.....smh Ill be ok.....lol

    iPad pad was refurbished when purchased. I tried to turn it on and it would not turn on. I took back asked if they got it fixed I would keep it but the agent said he would just do a return.

    Bought this and it didn’t arrive in time for my need. When I returned it (unopened), the associates took it out of the shrink wrap and could not get it to take a charge after 20 minutes of having it plugged in. Glad I wasn’t keeping it!
