Poor Battery
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a certified refurbished iPhone from Best Buy expecting it to be in good working condition, but I was really disappointed to find that the battery health was only 67% right out of the box. That’s far below what I’d expect for a "certified refurbished" device — it barely holds a charge and defeats the purpose of buying refurbished from a trusted retailer. I expected much better quality control from Best Buy.
