The speakers on the phone are complete static when you try to listen to anything. There is no face recognition so you have to type in your password every time. The front facing camera doesn’t always work. I had to wait to get another phone and now I can’t return this one. Don’t trust anything verified from the Geek Squad, it’s a rip off

Recently purchased refurbished iphone 11 just completely turned off mid call a few weeks after receiving in the mail. The exchange period expired mere days after finally receiving. Most of my exchange period was used up while waiting for it to arrive.
