I ordered this phone and received a wrong phone which was not even iPhone 12 of any kind. it was a very old iPhone 11, which I returned. Best buy store refused to take it BACK, and asked me to send it back thru UPS. Not recommended at all.

Apparently "Geek Squad Certified" refurbishment for and UNLOCKED cell [hone does not include checking to se that it was SIM LOCKED to a carrier in GUATEMALA.

Wow! Shipping was super fast and the phone looks and work like new. I was going to get a new one from Tmobile, but after reading previous reviews. I thought id give this option a try. So glad I did. We're extremely satisfied with this purchase!
