Had a bad battery life. It was at 77%... which is oddly similar to another review... Even though the phone is Geek Squad Certified, a battery at 77% health should not have passed a full certification, especially if the certification implies the phone is in good working order. At the very least, it suggests a poor refurbish quality check.

I really like this product! It works just as described and has made things a lot easier for me. The quality is great for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it to others. I’d love to win that $400 gift card too!

I returned the product because it was not compatible with my service. The customer service individual said it Would work fine with my carrier, but my carrier is T-Mobile and this phone was for another carrier.

I had a return in an unopened box. The cashier opened it, reviewed the contents, double checked with a supervisor and returned the cost to my credit card. Thoughly professional and pleasant.. I had a discussion with online agent. He was well informed and checked as needed with others. Good experience.
