I am very impress with the Geek Squad Certified iPhone I received. The phone I received was flowless and in good working condition. I was actually surprised I got it at a very good price. Less than the regular price Best Buy usually sells this phone for. Maybe I got lucky lol.

Wheres the quality control?! Whos checking these items?! I saw bad reviews but gave Best Buy the benefit of the doubt and what a mistake. Bought for holiday gift and ended up being a big waste of time. Phone had scratches all over but i was ok with it. The part I wasnt ok with was the phone was useless..Locked to carrier. Dont recommend purchasing from geek squad

This phone was not functional. It would restart often disconnecting calls and was not reliable. Best buy gave no problem returning it.
