Thank Best Buy me just happy, the phone it's great

The Apple sales event and getting a geek squard certified refurbished phone saved me a lot of money. The phone is in brand new condition and works perfectly. Upgrading from an Iphone X max to a 14 pro max for the price cannot be beat!

After a very snippy geek squad person told me it was not a Verizon phone, but they service it and then told me it was a Verizon problem and then after spending 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Verizon to discover it was not their phone I made an appointment with geek squadand basically was told just return it. There’s nothing they can do about it.

Purchased to replace my old phone, was supposed to receive an unlocked phone and got a Verizon one instead. Phone wouldn’t transfer the sim and I was forced to return. Was in the store for HOURS over this.
