pretty okay for the price to be honest could be better

Do not buy this phone. I setup the phone now the phone will not take my passcode to get into the phone. When the phone rings I cannot answer the call because "slide to answer" button do not work; so i am unable to answer calls. A waste of money.

Its worth to buy newer version of this item. Updates will stop soon.

I purchased this phone assuming I would be able to use it since it was Geek Squad certified. It would not connect to my cell phone provider. I called and they said the phone’s serial number was blocked. The phone was not locked but, the serial number was blocked. They stated the phone must have been reported as stolen or an insurance claim had been put in on it by the previous owner. I would expect this possibility if I purchased it through eBay or a private individual, not Best Buy. I thought they would have checked this before selling it. I called Best Buy and they were not helpful. They offered to send me a new phone but, could not guarantee this would not happen again. As the phone could only be unblocked by the previous owner, it was useless. It was returned.

The item came with the basic equipment, a charger base and charger. The packaging was basic. The phone itself looks brand-new! I was expecting a worn (scratches), but it came with no visible blemishes. The phone battery also had 100% capacity too. So far after a few weeks of use, the phone has worked flawlessly. Very happy with my purchase.

Even though this was a refurbished phone - it looked brand new - operates perfectly, saved me $200 vs Apple. Tech in store swapped all my old apps, photos and sim card with no problems, took maybe 45 minutes.

We got this for my mom. She loves it. Its easy to use as she already had an older apple.

Product was exactly as described, in great condition, battery life was good, and arrived quicker than expected. Didn’t have a lot of time to write review so sorry no pictures, but thank you I am very satisfied with this purchase :)

My info didn’t transfer and I had to manually transfer everything. Than immediately after, I realized that it also had the same issue my last phone had. Which was mildly, a coincidence. The issue is the phone powered on and off once it’s below 20% and or 10% and it won’t power. back on or stay on until I plug it up

It was not compatible with Verizon despite being listed as such.
