It is a small phone that can be handled on one hand. It's a powerful phone with nice design. I like it much more than the 6s Plus I had owned before.

It's a nice little phone I bought as a gift. The phone had no scratch or dents. It did not come with head phone but Best Buy customer service refunded the price of the headphones. Phone wise it's iphone 6s internals inside a iphone 5 body. Good camera and long battery.

I was hesitant to purchase this in that I was concerned that it would have some issues, but it works just fine. The only challenge I had was getting it connected to my carrier that was the tricky part. That being said I would suggest that you check with your carrier before purchasing this product in that there is a restocking fee if you return it.

Bought the item refurbished and was in almost pristine condition. Missing headphones, but the other accessories were there.

This phone is a winner. Small in size but great in features and performance.

Great back up phone. It's very responsive. I have a largers screen iPhone to use as my main phone, and this phone is a backup.

I revieved this and returned it because I wanted the 6s instead but it was in great condition! Good as brand new!

Got this to use on T-Mobile, great that the SE is not carrier specific. Nice refurbished phone in great condition. Over a month and no problems.

Last one I had was the 4S. Yes I waited until there would be no more updates to it before I upgraded. Don't need the new 7.

No complaints, even happy that saved some money while top brand phone.

Bought the phone assuming everything is included as per the description but there are not earpod it would be nice if they mentioned that since I need to account for the earbuds into the price. As to the phone it is in very good condition almost brand new.

The online specification indicate this device has a one year warranty. However, when I checked, it is actually months less than that. I tried to contact Best Buy to question this discrepancy, was transferred numerous times, was told it wasn't their problem and finally, was mysteriously disconnected. Earbuds aren't included either.

The iPhone SE came without a Sim Card. While this may be normal, it would have been helpful to state that there was no sim card and would need to be purchased seperately.

I ordered 2 Geek Squad Certified refurbished Iphone SE's. One of them had no issues. The other has very bad bleeding issues with its LCD screen. I tried to exchange the phone but all I could do was get a refund. Best Buy: If you choose to market a phone as GeekSquad Certified, then you should stand behind the certification or it is meaningless. Potential Customers: Assume the worst. Best buy obviously doesnt test these phones.
