The phone is refurbished. The phone I got shows some signs of use. It came in original box and has wall charger and cable. Ear buds are not included. Overall, I recommend the best buy refurbished phones. They are as good as new.

I've realized I need a smaller phone. The large screen sizes are annoying for me. This is maybe the only high-end phone with a smaller size. Camera is great too. Very happy with my purchase.

The iPhone condition is perfect, came in the box with charger and cable, no headphones.

This was my first Geek Squad refurb from BBY and I have to say I was disappointed. My phone arrived in good condition, however the box was missing the charger, lightning cable and ear pods. Not sure what their refurb process is but I would be careful when buying it again.

When I purchased this on Aug 9, 2016 the price was $229.99 plus Tax. I have no idea why they jacked the price to $499.99 on Aug. 11 or 12. As expected the box had blemishes on it, but the refurbished phone was in great condition. I popped in my sim card and was using the phone in minutes. It came with the charger and cable, just no headphones. Overall, I am very pleased and hope they bring the price back down soon. I would definitely buy another. (Also, I noticed this product goes in and out of stock quickly).

saw this deal on aug 9th and had to jump on it for the price. before it sold out and befor it was raised back up to 499.99. phone in box was perfect not a scratch out it and brand new cable and wall adapter but no ear pods and box is a little jacked up with new labels on the back and sides but doesn't affect phone operation so good to say everything came out perfect in the end for the price. bought a 500 dollar phone for less then half off the retail price.

Thought this phone, at this price, was too good to be true... sadly, it turned out that way. Received the iPhone SE quickly due to fast 1-day processing and shipping, but that is where the good stuff ends. Everything about the "refurbished" phone was off. The Apple box was a mess. The labels all looked like they were clawed off by an angry squirrel. When taken to Verizon to obtain a SIM card to activate, the sales rep said it looked stolen. Sim tray IDs didn't match, it could not be recognized in the online system, it was still associated with some other user account, and other very peculiar oddities. The Best Buy call agent was responsive and helpful in setting up the return, but I can't help feeling let down by a company I usually trust and enjoy buying from. Lesson learned.
