Three months ago I bought a Samsung S21 phone. They said it was new and missing the box, but after I used it for a month, it kept shutting off. I took it to Bestbuy and they said it couldn't be exchanged because it was limited. Returned it after two weeks and they denied responsibility. After that I bought another iPhone and it was terrible. It said it was new without a box but inside it was old like someone had used it for years because I saw the color. The paint is scratched like a fake. Bestbuy sells fake mixed goods since then I don't trust them and buy anything from them

The battery life is very very bad. I request Best Buy shouldn’t encourage these type of used electronics.

It seems like we have some unintelligent customers leaving reviews. How can best buy sell mix matched goods. So catch this .. if a phone is "new". But doesn't have a box.. ITS NOT NEW.. that's called open box. And you got a discount.. what they mean by new is.. that item has never left their store. Chances are it's a display model. Hence why it would have some scratches.. and that's noone fault but the person buying it.. but there's also the fact that the people who work at best buy are JUST REGULAR PEOPLE,, cops. Are also regular people. They're likely to be just as ignorant or unintelligent as the majority. ( Although. In SD everyone thinks way to highly of themselves to admit they are stupid. Or they are just to stupid to know they are dumb in first place. Whatever the case is.. best buy doesn't mix match devices ..... Pay attention to what your buying. Rather then blaming others for you poor choices
