It’s small and cute great quality just came with a line on the screen but overall it’s great to work with, does get hot pretty quick and low battery runs fast.

delivered in a bubble wrap envelope, no box at all. no effort to protect. delivery guy was obviously in a rush and just threw it at my front door. no sort of effort by best buy to replace nor fix the issue.

Bought this computer and was very excited. When I received it, there was a dent that was so deep on one of the corners that the casing was actually cracked. In addition, the headphone jack was completely bent out of shape. I have no idea why they would try to sell this to anyone when it was clearly Not usable and probably wouldn’t last very long considering how badly it was dented. What happened to the words quality control?

I am so disappointed, the battery died less than 6months later. I would not purchase refurbished again. Plus the refurbished does not show under the total protect package. So disappointing

Fantastic la too almost new condition. I like it to use and already using for while and there is no complaints

Computer was very slow and had to be returned, do not purchase. Buy an open box or new macbook air.
