Item actually older than described. Best Buy won't let you talk to anyone in the USA about issues, sent directly to the Philippines. Phone number for WHQ also sent to the Philippines, What a scam! Very frustrating.

Best Buy was not able to delete the administrative rights. Had to return. Very disappointed.

Loving my laptop!

I read the reviews and ultimately decided to go with a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Mac and I'm so glad I did. There were no problems when it arrived. I've had it for about a month and still no problems!

Never used it because it wasn't compatible with what I needed it for. 3 stars because I went in the store to talk to someone for help, and she assured me it would be compatible. Should've known otherwise since she didn't spend more than a couple minutes glancing at it.
