I love this MacBook. It’s perfect for my college work. It works perfectly, and has no damage. Very happy with this purchase!

It was easy ordering, shipped fast and I’m loving my MacBook.

Excellent quality, only a few dents but doesn’t affect the usability of the MacBook. It has become my favorite device outside of my phone and it’s so fun to customize and make my own. Would buy a refurbished device again!

It was a good laptop, GREAT CONDITION but it had its little moments where it glitched here and there and i need it for college and i don’t want it to glitch

I expected a much better quality laptop for nearly $500. There is evidence of stickers on the case. You can still see the ghost outline of both of the stickers. One of them appears to be a red hot chili peppers sticker outline. There are also light scratches on the case. I did not even bother powering it on, so I can’t speak to that. Best Buy should be embarrassed that they sent out such a poor quality refurbished product.

The Mac book is good quality and is in good condition works very well no cracks

Honestly really good quality, with only some scratches on the bottom, but I expected that.

Bought this from the website it and it came like this when to my local best buy and they told me it was there mistake on their part and I can trade it in and get my money back.

Came in in perfectly good condition and until now I don’t have problems with it

WORST EXPERINCE EVER !!!!!!!!! I first ordered the computer and it was stuck on "delay" for almost 2WEEKS! They refunded my money back ! I RE-ORDERED and went for pick uo at store instead , got home and the computer has a huge discoloration.. then is loading and SHUTS DOWN !!! I then try to connect it and the CHARGER DO NOT WORK !!! So i used my iphone 15 charger and the screen turned on and turned back off !!! Im so mad DO NOT ORDER !

It is a great computer for school work, as a high school student I have a lot of tabs open at once and I have not had any multi-tasking issues. Would recommend this product!!!

Worked good. Stoped working after 6 months. Need replacement.

I bought a MacBook but I received that the mac no charger rt it really made me angry. It's really wrong as an attitude and I didn't appreciate it at all.

It came with maybe one or two scratches but they’re not super noticeable. It does take some time for apps to open and booting takes a little while, but overall I don’t have any issues with it. This is my first experience with Macbook so I don’t really know what’s the usual, but I don’t regret the purchase. If you’re in need of a new laptop and need something quick, I think this is a pretty solid laptop.

A cost effective solution was needed to become familiar with the Mac operating system. Best Buy's web site advertises Geek Squad refurbished MacBooks. Finding one the suits the bill, ordered it on line for in store pickup. The MacBook Air was picked up from the local Best Buy after receiving notification that it had arrived at the store and was available. The Best Buy associate was pleasant, requested a picture I.D. handed over the package and I was out the door in a matter of minutes. Open the box and noted that the MacBook Air was appropriately packed. Removing the MacBook Air from the packaging noted a slight dent in the top of the computer as well as ghost images of decals/stickers that were removed from the notebook. Kudos to the Geek Squad for how well they cleaned the stickers off of the notebook. The only issue was encountered when plugging in the power cord in the MacBook Air. The MacBook Air gave a USB error and the battery icon did not reflect charging. Borrowing the USB C to USB C cord from another Mac user corrected the issue. Talking to Best Buy's support team, it was conveyed that should the Geek Squad deem the USB C to USB C cord was the issue it would be replaced under the 30 day warranty policy. Taking in to consideration time it was more efficient to purchase a replacement USB cable with free shipping in lieu of trying for a warranty replacement. I am very please with this purchase and have made recommendations to others interested in MacBooks to look at Geek Squad refurbished units.

Love, love, love this laptop! No lag! No fear of virus! And refurbished you most certainly can't tell! In perfect condition!

I've had it a couple days now and it's awesome. There's one tiny scratch at the bottom corner of the top side that's barely even noticeable. The computer came with the power adapter and charging cable. I opened it up, charged it a little (it arrived with 0% battery) and set it up with my iPhone. It had been completely factory reset, as it should be. The battery reads "normal" and it does last for a good while before needing to be recharged. Only thing is it's more of a rose gold color, which I think is better anyway, but just something to be aware of. I say buy one and save yourself some money over buying new.

I love this! It looks sleek, works very well. I recommend this model for light gaming, as it's simple and easy to manage. Not too bad of overheating, either. Only flaw is I began to get a purple line a month into use.
