I bought this for my mom and it works great. It's light and so far can't find anything wrong with it. My only issue is was it was hard to determine what type of mouse was needed, USB or USB-C. There was not any info on the description of the laptop. I had to wait until my mom received it.

Good. Runs a little slow but for the price it’s still worth it.

The MacBook looked good. Is just not fast enough. But I am able to do my work on it.

I received this item two weeks ago. It is nice and looks new, but lags quite a bit when I'm on any website. It's very slow to respond. I contacted Best Buy about the issues and they said I had to come in-store, instead of fixing the issue virtually. I live quite far from a BestBuy so that is inconvenient. I figured since the item was still under warranty, they would be able to fix it remotely.

works as it should. has a few scratches. one scratch on the touchpad is super annoying. but otherwise, screen is great and is a great value for the price. battery life is not optimal, but macbook airs usually are not

When I got it, it was not in good condition when I bought it for a good. It had a huge dent and the cord was cracked. Overall the computer would overheat very quickly and I could not keep more than one tab open at a time. It may be because of my use of it but it did not work for me and my college classes.

This is a great computer for work and for the household. You can sync it to your iPhone and the battery life is top notch-I was worried since it was refurbished, I’ve always had great luck with refurbished items from Best Buy.

Definitely a great purchase. Everything was as described in description and will be purchasing other electronics.Also pick up was a breeze and very convenient.

Everything works just like it was brand new. Hope to get years out of it.

if you’re thinking of buying a macbook, definitely buy this one! i’m a college student that wanted a macbook but didn’t have the money to buy a brand new one and blow 1k on it. i bought this refurbished one and it looked brand new! for half the price! best financial choice.

I was thrilled to find this laptop at such a great price and in such good condition. I didn't know that refurbished laptops could be so good. Very happy with my purchase.

I love my MacBook so far , it’s been a month !! Love editing on it , I’m a content creator so such a huge help besides my iPad. Only thing I would mention is getting more storage other than that 10/10

This was such a good purchase and I am happy with how it was delivered and the timeliness. Even though it was used it came in really good conditions, came with the charger and the laptop itself, it came with no defects no scratches.

It came looking brand new and works but sometimes it’s slow

I was looking for a new laptop and couldn’t have picked a better one. Support was extremely nice since I was burned previously buying refurbished. Got my laptop and it cut on with zero issues. Transferred data from my old Mac in just a few hours.
