works as it should. has a few scratches. one scratch on the touchpad is super annoying. but otherwise, screen is great and is a great value for the price. battery life is not optimal, but macbook airs usually are not

if you’re thinking of buying a macbook, definitely buy this one! i’m a college student that wanted a macbook but didn’t have the money to buy a brand new one and blow 1k on it. i bought this refurbished one and it looked brand new! for half the price! best financial choice.

This was such a good purchase and I am happy with how it was delivered and the timeliness. Even though it was used it came in really good conditions, came with the charger and the laptop itself, it came with no defects no scratches.

Resale and its geek squad looking over the Apple products. They can at least fix the battery life. In order to use it i have to keep it plug in. Or after 20 or 30 minutes. Battery life is gone.

I’ve been loving my geek squad certified-refurbished macbook-air 13in. It works great, for such a great price.

I was looking for a new laptop and couldn’t have picked a better one. Support was extremely nice since I was burned previously buying refurbished. Got my laptop and it cut on with zero issues. Transferred data from my old Mac in just a few hours.

Horrible. would not recommend it literally the mac came broken it would NOT turn on and if it did the screen would stay blue.. and it came FLITHY like they didnt even bother cleaning it atleast, and there was a bunch of scratches,the customer service wasn’t even that helpful either. 1/10 horrible experience here.
