DO NOT PURCHASE REFURBISHED PRODUCTS FROM BEST BUY! I purchased this product Sept. 29, 2025. As of yesterday, the trackpad nor keyboard work anymore...out of the blue. For a product, even a refurbished product, I would expect it to last more than 6 mo. Customer Service has been beyond disturbing as a customer for more than 15 yrs. Save yourself the frustration!

It bought this product for gift to my cousin. She lives in Istanbul, Turkey After she open the product recently, it wasn't work and obviously main card was failed. I need an invoice and guarantee certificate docs in order to repair it with free service in Istanbul asap

Received product and had a name carved on the cover. There was also no charging cord for the laptop. Customer service was of no help

This product was purchased on December 9 and to this day neither Best Buy nor UPS have given me an answer as to where my equipment is nor have they returned the money.

Was slow and glitchy had to return it and it would freeze for like 2 minutes

I bought this computer 2 months ago and it completely stopped working. The screen is black and wont turn on. Ive tried to go in store and contact support over the phone. No one will help you and you cannot return these items. The people on the phone say there are no supervisors or exceptions. No one could answer me what the “90 Day Warranty” covers. Do not buy this product
