There was a struggle figuring out how to do some stuff since its different from windows though Cons -- Got sent the wrong SSD storage amount though. Seems like with some of the other reviewers, I got 256 gb. Also there are a few dents and what not, but I don't really mind as this laptop is used. To any customer service reading this, no I do not want a replacement for the proper storage, I really need this for school and I don't want to wait

Hopefully no hidden damage was done.

This model runs too hot

It turns out that on Apple’s support forums, this model is known for this behavior. Having owned only Apple computers since 1989, I was shocked, because no other computer I’ve owned has run so hot for so much of the day and night.

The first one they sent us was the wrong size as far as the hard drive, but they were quick to replace it with the correct one, and it arrived in great shape and works really well. Looks basically brand new and functions well.
