So far so good. Computer looks and performs well. Our first time with a MacBook and it has been an easy switch.

Pros -- IDK first time having a macbook and I already like it. There was a struggle figuring out how to do some stuff since its different from windows though Cons -- Got sent the wrong SSD storage amount though. Seems like with some of the other reviewers, I got 256 gb. Also there are a few dents and what not, but I don't really mind as this laptop is used. To any customer service reading this, no I do not want a replacement for the proper storage, I really need this for school and I don't want to wait

Laptop works well, no issues. 4 stars only because when it was shipped it was not inside the bubble pouch that was in the box, just set on top of it, leaving the laptop against the top of the shipping box with no padding. Hopefully no hidden damage was done.

Got this one as a gift to my sister. My Mac is a refurbished one and she kept borrowing it so I got her her own refurbished Mac. So far so good she’s excited and will last her all through college.

The day after we got this laptop, we noticed that it was almost always hot to the touch, and its fan was blowing hard. It turns out that on Apple’s support forums, this model is known for this behavior. Having owned only Apple computers since 1989, I was shocked, because no other computer I’ve owned has run so hot for so much of the day and night.

Was ready for pick up earlier than expected and I absolutely love it. It looks completely new, fresh out of the box. It’s running smoothly and I am so happy with my purchase.

Works like a charm! Used to get really hot fast but it slowed down the past couple of months! Nothing wrong:)

It was great the only thing was the charging cable wasn't good it was like smashed. And the fan is loud.

Shipping was fast and Macbook is in good condition. Battery life is horrible but overall good so far.

Really nice quality. The first one they sent us was the wrong size as far as the hard drive, but they were quick to replace it with the correct one, and it arrived in great shape and works really well. Looks basically brand new and functions well.

I haqve just begun working on the MacAir, but it is fine condition and functions are working. THis is a good deal and should be a reliable pice of equipment.

I was so surprised to see that this refurbished item turned on and worked like normal upon arrival- and then less surprised when, after updating, it turned off and refused to turn back on despite all home-remedy efforts. I took it right back to Best Buy and the employees were able to resolve my problem in no time at all.
