Bad idea

Item arrived promptly , 2 days after screen started glitching , it seem as it warmed up it happened more . Called auto let services it had 15 guarantee , was told to go into a store and I would be able to do an exchange, went into the store , they were not able to do an exchange . Was told any open boxes or refurbished items were kept on a warehouse. DO NOT recommend buying anything Geek Squad refurbished

Bought refurbished, space bar sticks 22 days after purchase. Best Buy wont repair or allow a return or exchange. Gift for my neices birthday. Paid $500

I love the laptop Everything functions perfectly. Only issue is the AirPlay is a little slow when connecting to the TV. My wife is getting one next!

Wanted a MacBook without the high price tag. The refurbished option was the way to go. Great working condition. Small cosmetic issue but not a big deal. Very happy with our purchase.
