Very disappointed

The one I got only turns on for a brief period of time and then shuts down and says it’s dead. The battery is very loud, sounds like the laptop it’s overheating every time it’s on. I wouldn’t recommend buying this one, I see the reviews for this are very good but I am shocked at how my laptop is acting even for a refurbished one.
