It's all good with it, mine came with some dents and a deep hit on a corner, but for the price it's all good for daily use like word, YouTube, etc. The only problem with it is that it heats up crazy fast when you use it for a long time or when you have too many tabs open, this even if its disconnected and the fans start going off making some noise.

It was a very good purchase. The MacBook has a couple of scratches, but it’s fine The keyboard, the Touch Bar and the screen work perfectly

If you’re tight on cash, but really want to buy a MacBook Pro instead of a MacBook Air just buy the refurbished MacBook Pro it’s worth the money.

Came in excellent condition, I really love the Touch Bar! High picture and color quality and has surprisingly loud speakers

A total failure!!! As soon as I opened the box I realized that the computer was in bad condition. To begin with, it came with a broken screen in the part that says "MacBook Pro", not only that it was also scratched everywhere and the most shocking thing is that the keyboard didn’t work. It is understandable that being a used computer you can expect things like scratches, but that's why it has a rating of more than 4 stars and for that reason you pay more. Not for something completely useless.

The packaging it arrived in was a little sketchy but overall the MacBook has worked perfectly and it didn’t come with any dents or scratches which was amazing.

It’s a beautiful product I have not had any problems with this computer, it arrived in very good condition.

I ended up exchanging my laptop for a newer one but the refurbished laptop I received was in good packaging and turned on and functioned just fine. Few imperfections on the edge of the laptop and a few smear marks seen prior to use.

I recommend this pre-owned laptop to everyone that need something really good and doesn’t have lots of money to spend in a new device.

I have been dreaming to own a MacBook but can’t afford to buy one. My son suggested to buy refurbished because it is good for the environment plus has a warranty and works like brand new. I followed his advice and never regretted my decision. The MacBook was great and working excellently. It saved me a lot of money.

It works okay. It arrived with some more knicks and marks than I had expected. It also overheats really easy. Overall, for a refurbished MacBook I would have not paid that price. Learning experience.

Was a little skeptical buying refurbished, but it runs like it’s new. Supper fast and lots of storage. Great for students.

I needed an older MacBook to run some existing software and this computer worked out perfectly. It arrived 5 days earlier than stated. If you're looking for an older refurbished computer that will be covered by your service agreement, buy it from Bestbuy.

Okay so, to begin with this product was amazing when I first got it. Brand new and shiny, outside was beautiful. Worked well, until one DAY it apparently just stopped working from the keyboard. I got so scared because it was working just fine. I went to Best Buy and the guy at Geek Squad was just shaking his head at me the whole time. He then told me no matter what, dont trust refurnished. He then went to tell me that this was common, and that the keyboard wasn’t fixable, and the item was eligible for return. But he did say that I could pay $50 for the Best Buy membership ad return it because I was still under the 60 day policy return with Best Buy. I’m happy i got my money back but please BEWARE! Also the battery life wasn’t that great, took time to start, not worth it.

I lime it because it is the latest with a better features but i still prefer my old MAC.

My daughter is very happy with her refurbished MacBook Pro. She uses every day for school. It's works very well and we haven't had any problems with it.
