I wish this MacBook Pro had new update Tahoe Mac OS the MacBook was in great condition barely scratches only issue I’m pretty sure everyone had it the same thing it gets hot which I believe it’s normal when apple releases only one I’m reviewing doesn’t support newer updates the 13 inch model with the Touch Bar does work for small things for school or other things it’s not important but if you want extra with all specs get M1 Pro it will last you great session faster rates and you get the new update and other specs it will support higher ones.

I got my MacBook in great condition. It looks and feels brand new. It’s sleek, without blemish, and it works like a charm. You cannot find a better deal, I saw the price and had to get it. The touch bar is such a cool tool to use! Apple should’ve kept it. I love it. I’m very happy with my purchase. 10/10

This MacBook Pro 13” is a very good laptop. It arrived in really good condition. A few signs of wear from previous owner but not too noticeable. Overall very satisfied with my purchase. Really enjoy the Touch Bar feature.

The items got delivered already but i'm yet to make use of it yet. it's very clean by the way and i'm sure it will serve it purpose when i finally start using it

Had it for over a year still runs good no problems, only complain its hard to clean the screen

I saw reviews and was a little suspicious but anything to save money, the computer came perfectly safe:). Brand new looking, just a little place you can see a sticker use to be there but be mindful that it’s refurbished!

Although the price for this renewed Apple macbook is attractive, it is a gamble. The charger lasted a month. Then after 9 months the screen went blank, or shows lines after a while. The laptop still works, but I have to use an external monitor. Geek Squad or Apple won't offer anything unless you have apple care. The cost to replace the screen is more than the price you will pay. My advice is to get Apple care. Because what they sell now is nothing like the older apple products. These newer items wont last 3 years, hence they recommend apple care. I got a dud!

The computer came in the shipping box completely unprotected with the cord. No bubble wrap or paper or anything. The computer itself is in good cosmetic condition but it was filthy. There was dust, dander, residue from what ever they wiped it down with on the screen. Immediately after plugging the charger in, the bottom of the computer felt very hot to the touch. I called BestBuy support and they suggested bringing it in store to be replaced, which I will be doing. The price is good but I was not impressed with what I received especially when it says “Geek Squad Certified”.

The laptop was great at first but then the right side of the touchbar stopped working. Apple support team told me it would cost about $500 to get it fixed.

Okay so I’ve had this MacBook Pro for a bit, and when it works, it works. It’s fast, it handles school stuff, streaming, editing — all that. Literally feels like a solid laptop… for the first hour. But here’s the tea: this thing heats up like it’s trying to cook me. I’ll open two tabs and suddenly it’s acting like I’m running NASA on it. And don’t even get me started on the battery. It drops faster than my motivation on a Monday. I’ll charge it to 100%, blink twice, and it’s already yelling at me to plug it in again. Super cute. I want to love this laptop because the performance is there, the display is gorgeous, and it’s lightweight. But the overheating and battery drain? Kinda ruins the vibe. For what it costs, it should NOT be acting like a tired grandma. If Apple or Best Buy wants to swoop in and help me out, I’d appreciate it because I’m trying to keep this thing alive, but it feels like it’s fighting for its life daily.

I love this macbook it came in great packaging and it looks pretty good and is in excellent condition although it does overheat and gets hot when in use when charging and playing certain games but overall it’s beautiful and it works perfectly!

Runs very well, only had minimal scratches on sides of computer, can get very hot and loud though

My MacBook had a few dings and scratches upon arrival and was loosely fit in a box however this MacBook has been working pretty good, I have had it for a week and it works flawlessly. If you are looking for a Mac at a fair price I feel like Best Buy's Refurbished center is a great option and would recommend it.

VERY good product. My confidence in ordering this MacBook came from the names and reputations that Best Buy and Geek Squad built for themselves. I had previously purchased a refurbished MacBook from a big name company that was defective from the moment I received it. I then checked out what Best Buy had for similar products and was pleased to see that they have Geek Squad certified products, which are two names I can trust. This MacBook was very affordable and arrived earlier than expected! I knew I did not have to worry about quality, but when it arrived it worked exactly if not better than as advertised. I would recommend this product and Best Buy to anyone, and will definitely be doing business with Best Buy again.

It works perfectly fine it does heat up very fast and the air sound is very loud but ut works and does the job.

In perfect condition. Only thing that wasn’t an Apple product was the charging cord; but that’s fine. I’ve had it over half a year now & works perfect.

Had minor screen issues when first coming on but hasn't occured since.
