This was a solid upgrade for me. The MacBook showed up in perfect condition with no scratches or dents, and it runs really smoothly. Everything feels fast and responsive. The battery life honestly surprised me. I can get through about two full days of school without needing to charge it. It also felt like a great value for the price. For a refurbished laptop, it definitely exceeded my expectations and feels basically brand new. Overall, I’m very satisfied with it, and I would definitely buy another refurbished product from Geek Squad.

Great little machine. There was some cosmetic damage to the lid (shown in photo). Looked like the result of some aggressive sticker removal. Battery efficiency was at 98%. Came with the original Apple power brick and MagSafe cable. No screen damage. I did order online and picked it up at the store so I could inspect it there before leaving in case there had been an issue. It did not have any power, but a Geek Squad tech let me charge it there so we could boot it up. He also helped me get it out of Italian (looked like part of the set up had been started so English was not shown) and he tested the WiFi before I left the store.

Came in excellent condition! Fast shipping as well took about 4 days and came with a charger. Haven’t found any scratches or cracks so far so good!

Great for college it is fast but on some apps ot does freeze i dont know why but more so reliable

I purchased this unit, but it had a small screen issue. The Geek Squad had another at this fantastic price and got it to me quickly and made the return of the other easy. Used technology is not always without issues, but their service made it pretty painless. The price is fantastic for a unit of this quality!

Really good device…I use it in school and it’s just perfect it’s very fast and opens stuff up in a flash. Being able to have a lot of applications open at the same time is so nice because it doesn’t become laggy. If your looking to buy one either for school or for heavy work this is perfect
