I purchased this for my son in college when his laptop crashed right before a huge final. It was delivered right to his college faster than we expected. We purchased a certified pre owned which was verified by GeekSquad and it arrived in pristine condition. Definitely worth the price and will be a repeat costumer for my youngest son when he goes off to college next year.

When I received my computer, it looked brand new, with no scratches or damage indicating that it was refurbished. It works well, and I was able to get in touch with tech support for assistance with setting up my Microsoft Office and Grammarly apps. I had an excellent overall experience, and I believe it was an awesome purchase. This was my first time buying a refurbished computer, and I would definitely do it again.

This computer is amazing. Very fast with lots of memory. It’s my first apple product. I am not disappointed. The agent took time to explain the use of the product and was very patient.

First laptop I received was still locked out from the previous owner. Needed to go to the nearest store to return it. It could not be unlocked at the store. Was told they hadn't had that problem before. Another laptop was ordered and received a week later in good condition.

We got it for personal use, works great, like its new even if its refurbished. No dents and very clean. The charger box stop charging after 2 days and it was easily exchanged in a physical store.

If I could give 0 stars on here I would. I order this laptop 3 weeks ago. I typed in my address myself, my current address. It was sent to a 3 year old address. They had 48 hours to correct the address before mailing it. And never corrected. With many of my phone calls to correct it. Then as soon as it was mailed I was told there was nothing they could do until it was delivered. Then once it was delivered I was told I had to wait at least 72 hours for them to make a decision and look into what happened. It took longer than 72 hours. All I kept asking for was the laptop. They asked if I would like a refund I said no. I want the laptop. Or equivalent to the one I ordered. They refunded me and told me I had to reorder the laptop once they got it back. I said this is crap. I made over 15 calls trying to fix this and they did nothing. I talked to people that didn’t care. I asked them what they would do to make this up to me for all of the hassle and crap. They told me nothing. I got my refund. I need to reorder the laptop. It was horrible and disgusting. I have never been treated so crappy from Best Buy before. I’ve always loved working with them. And they couldn’t understand why I was so upset. I would talk to some that said they would call me back and never did. One that said they will send me something to make up for all of this and she never called me back. It was horrible. I thought customer service was to help their customers.
Unfortunately I don’t the quality of the laptop just that there is no integrity, honesty or respect with customer service. They are only there to collect a check and nothing else.

The computer was unusable as it was still on Remote Management for Verizon. The Geek Squad did not check it to make sure that it had been released by Verizon. After powering it up, it took 1 minute to find this problem.
As this is not something that the Geek Squad can fix, I had to return the computer. (it has to be sent back to Verizon to release it from their remote management)
A huge hassle - two trips to the store - time wasted documenting the new purchase and then removing that and now I have to start over with a new purchase. I won't be looking at refurbished models any more.
