Great condition and worked really well without having technical issues.

Honest and reliable when coming to electronics. I personally would choose them over anyone. My laptop came and great condition haven’t any issues given the fact it’s remanufactured.

I love this MacBook. It was the first time going from PC to Apple and the switch was very easy. I wanted to switch to Apple so I could use GarageBand. The Mac only issue I see ( and this was included in the description) was the battery life. However, as long as you plug in often, this isn’t so much of an issue.

Nice little upgrade from the 2013 MacBook Pro I owned prior. Still have yet to learn the new to me operating system and it’s updates. But this unit is impressive. I like the fingerprint sensor and the “bar” at the top of the keyboard. To me those are neat features. The display is amazing. Virtually 4K. A true upgrade from what I was using before.

Love my laptop. The only thing is the battery dies pretty quick. But no other problems

The laptop came in great condition. I absolutely love it! However, it was sent with a MagSafe charger instead of USB-C charger. Customer service worked it out a refunded a portion of the full purchase price. Just enough to by another charger. All in all, great product.

Although slightly scratched on the outside, it works absolutely fine.

Gave this to my granddaughter for college gift almost a year ago and she is still loving it. She is able to do all of her online courses and assignments without any problems!

So far..I LOVE THIS!!!! To get a Premium product that could last for over a decade for only $800..Is INCREDIBLE! It's a little too heavy..but the screen size, storage and processing is First Rate.

I love my MacBook ! I wanted to give 5 stars but I it doesn’t hold a charge long even when I have not used it in a few days. It seems to take a while to charge. Maybe I need a new charging cord. I’m still trying to figure it out.

This computer is super heavy. It constantly over heats and shuts off. I can be in the middle of typing. The good thing is the work auto saves but it’s annoying because it constantly happens. When I go to update it, I have to try multiple times for the updates to go through. When it works it works perfectly. I am so busy between school and work I don’t have time to take it in to be looked at and I’m too afraid it will have to be exchanged and I end up without a laptop while being in school and I fall behind. I am making it work and don’t want to pay full price as the only thing I do on my computer is literally school work and nothing else. I love the screen size and the light up key board. If it didn’t over heat and shut off it would be 5 stars. Battery last pretty long as well love that it’s type c charging.

Looks brand new. Great purchase. Battery life on full charge while in stand by is about 4-5 days.

Battery Life could be better but pretty much brand new other than that. Works for everything I need it for!

When I got the computer, I was kind of hesitant. I have never owned a refurbished MacBook before. But when i received it I really thought I had purchased a brand new MacBook Pro. i was so pristine that I had to look for imperfections on the machine and it was literally maybe 2 hair scratches on it. Beautiful product and I am enjoying everyday.

This has exceeded my expectations! Fast, reliable and exactly what I expected. Was a bit disappointed with how it was packaged, the laptop was loose in bubble wrap inside the shipping box but it survived!
