love this laptop so much, works perfectly, i get compliments all the time on how huge and beautiful the screen is and how loud the speakers are. easily one of the best investments i’ve made in my life. and i got an extra cyber monday sale on top of the refurbished price, insanely worth it. as a broke college student. this was perfect for me.

There was still some sticker residue on the laptop and the charger brick that I had to remove with wipes. I don't know if it was from the UPS shipping packaging. No big deal though. The reason I chose this specific model was because it was an Intel MBP and I love the ability of running windows through bootcamp. It's like having two laptops in one. The laptop works exactly as I needed it and with no scratches or dents or anything noticeable. That is a big plus for me since I am very nit picky and I truly try to take care of my devices. In the picture you'll see a clear case I bought for it. The only thing I noticed was the battery didn't hold up as well as I'd hoped. But it is refurbished after all so I kind of understand. I also chose this model because I had one from work and it was stolen. I really enjoyed using the Intel MBP and after my work laptop was stolen, I HAD to get one. It honestly works well for what I use it for. I am not an extreme power user that would require the Apple Silicon MBP. I truly enjoy this specific model and it works exactly as I needed it to.

For a refurbished computer this was in immaculate condition with minimal wear and tear. For the money it was extremely worth it. The Mac was dead and the charger that came with it was faulty but for the deal I got it for it was still worth it.

Incredible refurbished laptop, excellent performance and price. It fulfills perfectly with what was promised. Very satisfied!!

Arrived in great shape for refurbished. Just a couple of scuffs. The scuffs actually cleaned up nicely. Computer works great too. Easy setup. Very happy.

My lil grl need a new laptop after hers unfortunately passed away (board burned out). I jumped onto Best Buy and saw they had the beauty we purchased up for sale, and we are happy we didi. the laptop was in absolutely geat shape asthetically. Excellent condition for being a refurbished Mac Book. I love it and use it for school. Worth every penny.

My MacBook Pro has been really good and been super easy and great for me. The only problem is my block went out only a few months after buying it.

Ifi could give it a half a star i would. I bought this comouter less then a month ago and with in 20 days the battery runs out immediately, the screen starts to glitch, it is very slow and i have fast speed internet. I have waranty and went to the store to return it and maybe get a brand new one. They said they would give me half the money i paid for it. I was very mad because i went back in less than 20 days and they told be i missed my 14 day mark. They try to rip you off anyway they can. Do not purchase any refurb electronics from here.

everything is good but there is edge broken which is not mention in the purchase site and charge finish so fast

Ordered a refurbished 2023 MacBook Pro from Best Buy recently... Excellent value for money, arrived in perfect condition!

This computer constantly shuts down and restarts due to an “problem.” I will be writing a paper and it will shut down as I’m typing. Sometimes safari will not work with my school websites but it’s completely random. Microsoft word doesn’t work often, restarts due to problems. I should have just spent the money on a new one instead of refurbished, but cost was a factor. I will try with geek squad but I can’t really be without my laptop for school.

Ordered this macbook pro and it came with a charger cord that was melted at one end and bent. The laptop was dropped at some point in its life and scratched and dented. Called customer service and was told to take it to the nearest best buy store to exchange the charger and have the laptop inspected. That was a waste of time. The store did not want to replace the charger cord and just looked at the laptop and said it is what it is "refurbished" . Then was told by the manager that the quality of the products in certified refurbished category has gone down hill and thats why they don't post pictures of the actual product and you never know what you are going to get. I didn't expect perfect condition but wow slap a qeek squad certified refurbished infront of the word used and charge you top dollar for junk!DO NOT BUY GEEK SQUAD REFURBISHED PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!

I am in love with the laptop, it has great battery life, lightning fast speed and everything is functional. I was surprised that it was refurbished because it feels like a brand new MacBook.

When I opened the box and examined the refurbished MacBook Pro - 16" Display- Intel Core i9- 16GB Memory- and all the other upgrades that so far surpassed that of my 2010 comparable laptop, it was hard to believe that it was not brand new! I even looked it over for blemishes, but couldn't find any! I've been using it pretty heavily the past month since I got it and I've had no complaint or problem.

I bought this Mac being cheap and regret it. It functions but the fan kicks on fast and it’s loud. I can be doing easy task while at a desk and the laptop just runs hot and the fan just stays on
